Real homely decor. Quite an inviting restaurant - Friendly staff! Family owned business - Had some issues with some pre-ordered food but was quickly, efficiently and professionally dealt with after the owner mistakenly assumed I was going to pay for overall some $225 of insulting and unacceptable food - Ie, who in the world serves a paella on paper? !? Who in the hell would received a Greek Salad with 3 pieces of feta? Who in the hell would want to order a garden saled full of stalks? Who in the hell would serve a Moussaka without a bechamel sauce - When the photo of it is on your Uber? !? Again they sorted the issue quickly, efficiently and professionally and support and promote your local restaurants my friends

Amazing gem! Popped in for a pizza and had an impromptu one made up.just as we wanted it.and the chips were just delicious! Amazing service and definitely a new favourite spot! Thank you for an amazing experience!

The grilled seafood platter was amazing last night! The honey and lemon dressing was so delicious. Not 5 star (and I should have checked before I left) because I ordered my meal as a take away and there were no serviettes or cutlery in the bag - my hotel room didn’t have any either haha. Yum:)

Lovely service and great coffee. I have been there twice today and it was a very welcoming experience- I was even made a custom sandwich which wasn’t on the menu. Thank you!

Our favorite local restaurant in South Perth. Food is delicious! Real vibe of a family owned place and great service. We ofter do take away here as well (food is ready to pick up in 20-25 min). Highly recommend to all locals.

This is a bit late but I went with some friends here for a pre Xmas get together and it was awesome! The meals were outstanding and the service was very friendly and informative.and the owners let me put my own decorations on the table. Definitely going back there

The food here is absolutely delicious. Paella cooked to perfection. A gem of a place with wonderful people and service. This place is on our “regular” list.

Always greeted with a smile, the food is excellent the prices reasonable and the wait is never too long. They tend to play light Jazz at a low volume and keep everything spotless. Amazed it's not more popular they really deserve more business.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant. I have been here twice and love it! The service is impeccable. The food is fantastic. Well worth the price. You can see the art and passion put in every dish.

Husband at table laptop business and wife wiping tables over and over and toddler playing under table told off by father. His wife has anglosaxon menu mixup but not quite a name established with the name on signage. I really dont want to pay for pity.

Absolutely wonderful place to go. The chef and owner has a real deep passion for his food and cooks to perfection. No need to season with extra salt and pepper which is rare to come by and the crab linguine was superb. If you want to go out for a nice intimate dinner with family, close friends or a partner look no further.

Very expensive food. A coffee and slice of cake cost me $14. Meals start at $28 and lunch specials $16. From what I heard from the others on my table the food was hit and miss. Staff are super lovely and friendly and there's plenty of parking. Toilets in the back. But I just can't get over how much my coffee and cake was. At this price range I'd rather eat elsewhere. I will not be coming back

Fantastic service, relatively simple food done very well and obviously with great care and passion. My partner and I had the garlic ciabatta, scotch fillet and paella - all were cooked perfectly and very, very tasty. We feel like we have found a gem, which is just as well as she just moved into Como. We will absolutely be back.

Ive Recently moved to Perth, As my curious nature intends i have been going out places and trying so much food and coffee around the place. I have to say hands down Akiras Cafe & Restaurant is one of if not the best place ive been to. Great Food, Great Coffee friendly staff and relaxed environment for the enjoyment. Definitely Recommend.

A hidden and humble gem of a restaurant. Amazing dishes. Have been here several times for breakfast and dinner and they have never disappointed. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting a treat for their palates and dining memories that last. My favourite is the Seafood platter.
