I discovered this place during a recent stay to visit family and friends. Having spent a week doing different classes at AirSpace, I couldn't recommend it highly enough and only wished I had found it earlier!

Both Adrian and Isaac are masters at what they do and gave excellent demonstrations every time. I felt safe and encouraged to practice new moves, and really enjoyed their feedback on what was working, what wasn't and why.

Most of the students that I'd spoken to have been there for a long time, and it's not hard to see why they would. It's so different to the other fitness places I've been. I will definitely come back!

I plan to continue classes and keep striving to better my flexibility. The 6 week challenge has been really enjoyable and I highly recommend it!

The best experience ever, i was thinking I quite fit but the class can actually make you sore and it feeling like you did something. Unlike other class which sometime you don’t really get anything from it.
Adrian is very good, He really put you to your max. Highly recommended. You will love it

I have been attending classes as the AirSpace for a few years now. I decided to embark on the AirSpace challenge with the intention of increasing my flexibility through the Air yoga and Chinese Splits classes.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the classes and can see a huge difference in my flexibility in just 6 weeks! I have also noticed my strength has increased too which is a bonus!
I plan to continue classes and keep striving to better my flexibility.
The 6 week challenge has been really enjoyable and I highly reccommend it!

The Airspace 6 week challenge has been the best thing for helping me build confidence in the gym and really define what I want from my fitness journey. Not only have I lost weight but I am now stronger than I have ever been and continue to see progress each week in class! I look forward to my evenings spent with the awesome trainers that have continued to encourage and support me along my journey. I have found a fitness family full of laughs and hard work and I encourage anyone who is curious to dive in head first! Thanks Everyone!

What a pleasure (and a bit of pain) it was to participate in the 6 week challenge. I was surprised by the results, especially since I had a knee injury and some of the workouts I had to be more careful, but I still had amazing results. The strength part of the workout has really helped my knees and I have also trimmed and toned my body as well. I'll be spreading the word. Thanks!

I have never ever done a 6 week challenge (exercise & diet) and I am so happy that I stumbled upon Airspace! The changes I saw with the program was real and the team that works with you is passionate and dedicated. I have really enjoyed coming to the studio for a workout as the exercises really target cardio, strength and core in an hour. The energy is always positive and encouraging and the team really knows how to support you. Thank you to Ash and the team!

Hard workout, good meal plan, and a astonishing result for a 6 week challenge!
3 days a week, 1 hour per class, the high protein diet and to quit sugar, made me lose 6kg, increase muscle density and all this without feeling weak or dizzy in any moment!
Thanks also that we have incredible and highly motivated coaches, Zac and Adrian!

The Airspace 6 Week Challenge program has been amazing. It has forced me to acknowledge and confront my terrible eating habits (portion sizes, proportion of carbs/vegies/fats/protein, WAY too much sugar and chocolate, eating out too often) and take back control. Being held accountable through the program has given me the motivation to be controlled with my grocery shopping - no impulse buys - and my meal prep.

The Challenge classes have also been fantastic. They were definitely a challenge, but the trainers were great at encouraging everyone to dig deep and keep going. At the end of the six weeks I can see a difference in my body, but more importantly I feel differently. I feel strong and healthy and in control.

Was really fun, but hard and definitely felt a “good” sore the next day. Instructor was amazing, nice, friendly, remembered everyone’s name and was helpful and pushed you to your individual limits! Even everyone in the class was friendly, knew that we were new and still had a laugh. Will be recommending to everyone!

Fantastic 6 week challenge format, which really pushed me physically. I have seen my core strength improve drastically over that time, and the focus on nutrition and accountability helped me stay on track. Such warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and I would highly recommend all of their classes.

Highly recommended to everyone who would like to improve their flexibility, strength and conditioning. Ashley and the team are supportive and eager to help and will take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. I completed 6 week challenge and there are MORE to learn! I will definitiely be returning for more training.

The staff and instructors were so kind, friendly and welcoming. I know I'm not that fit or flexible, but I want to be and one of my concerns was feeling really out of place amongst others who are further along in there fitness goals, but i felt really relieved and relaxed when everyone welcomed and actually encouraged me and reassured me that I'll only improve. There was so much communication and it all felt really genuine. First gym that I actually felt comfortable at ️

I have only been for 2 classes and whilst I find the classes to be challenging, I feel that the instructors are extremely professional and attentive. Reception is always friendly and the experience feels personal and warm.

Expert instruction, with extremely patient and supportive coaches that genuinely care about you as an individual, whatever your goals and physical limitations may be. Made even more special by the social/community environment created by both staff and fellow students?
