I had the guys come and Service our AirCon and it was such a great job. When there was an issue with the AC leaking, the Office lady I spoke with arranged someone to come out WITHIN 3 hours and fixed the problem right then and there. No problems, no fuss and a great experience. Thanks guys; I'd recommend you to anyone.and I already have!

We just had an airconditioner installed and right from the beginning Danielle made the whole process a dream. Jack and his partner who did the installation we're professional, polite and efficient.it's great to see a company that takes such pride in it's products and services.

We received an email offering an aircon service for our ducted system.
The price looked ok so, we went ahead and booked it, we paid the extra $40 for the service on a specific day.
We got a message stating the date and a technician would be in touch 48 hours beforehand to confirm.
No phone call, so on the morning of our appointment my wife rang to ask roughly what time would they arrive.
The person (female) stated that they were very busy and as we hadn't paid the extra $40 they would only come sometime that week.
Our receipt and bank account say otherwise, we are still waiting for paperwork to say the unit was serviced and our refund of $40.

The older man at the Willetton store who served my partner was incredibly rude when he went in to purchase a spare part for our evaporative air conditioner. My partner found a part on your online store and when he came into the store to purchase the item he was told "it won't be the same price as online, the whole point of having an online store is so people shop online". Really disappointed with this experience and won't be using this company again.

I required some air con vents to replace the old ones in my home I went into airspares Willenton, and was greeted by a gentleman who was his mobile, bit as soon as he saw me he end the conversation on mobile immediately and ask how he could help. I told him what I was after and they had what I needed on the shelf and cheaper then what I could them for online, I was in the store for no longer then 10 mins with exactly what I needed and had the vents replaced in a hour. Let’s just say my wife was so impressed with my efforts that she cooked my favourite dinner that night. So thank you Matt for your professionalism and help with getting some brownie points with the wife.

We recently needed a part for our old heater. Ellie was exceptional! She went above and beyond to help find the correct part. It was a simple part needed but because it's an old heater, she had to make sure it was correct, checking with the service guys too. Thanks for great service Ellie, a credit to the company. Highly recommend Air Spares.

Went in to buy a air conditioner capacitor, showed a photo of the capacitor, was given a capacitor that did not look the same, but was told it will work just fine. Get in my car, I have a better look at the photo, the number of pins don't match.
So I get out of the car again and go back to the store, mention the pins, and they do not have that capacitor in stock.

So I ask for a refund, they can't do direct credit card refund because of some silly office policy, so direct debit it is.
Waited 27 days for a refund, had to call 3 times to get it sorted.
They charged me a admin fee of $5 for the refund. Also applicable to any refunds.

First and last time dealing with this store.

Really bad service. Did checking on 04/12/2017 and charged $283 for 10mins job. The service gay said will send us an quote for the reply part. Wait 9 days no email. Called few times no any response only said need the technic guy to check. Over charger $100 totally no refund. Rubbish company.

Fast and professional, but very expensive.
They make you aware of their call out fee and labour rate beforehand, but do not mention that they will gouge you on parts. They charged me $220 for a $44 starting capacitor. I emailed them to get an explanation for the 400% markup on parts, but all I got was:
"I will make sure to forward this feedback on to the correct person, and we will make sure to put all of the feedback into good practise"
It's now three weeks later with no followup, so I've decided to leave this review to warn others.

MANDURAH:
Please note, my experience only related to Mandurah branch. If the other stores Managers have half a brain they won't be run with the same level of incompetent staff that Mandurah does.

I had a house on the market that we discovered had a faulty air-conditioner. We found this out a few days before we received an offer. We immediately called Air Spares to investigate as they were recommended by Ford & Doonan Mandurah.

The guys came out fairly quickly and discovered that the motor was faulty and needed to be replaced. We were told that they would price one and it will be replaced within 2 weeks.

We received an offer on the house, accepted, and were awaiting 4 week settlement on the property.
I made a point at this stage of informing Air Spares of the settlement date and was assured this was a 2 week job MAXIMUM.

Here's where the fun started.

Firstly we didn't hear back from Air Spares. I called several times to find out a price on the new motor, and when it would be installed. This went on for several days and NOBODY ever called me back when they were meant to!

Eventually a couple of weeks in (after calling them AGAIN & AGAIN) I was told that the motor was no longer available and the original motor would have to be sent away to be rewound. It would cost another $200 (more than a new one?) but no problem it needed to be done. It took close to another week for anybody to come and remove the motor for it to be sent away for rewinding. This only EVENTUALLY happened because I kept calling them. EVERY TIME they had dropped the ball, messages weren't being passed on to the people responsible, the people left with the task would forget about it etc. At one point the person handling the whole thing (Yvette) had gone on leave and not passed any information on to anybody else to be followed up on. She was FULLY aware that it had already taken too long and was going to be pushing it to be done before settlement.

The motor finally got removed and sent away to be rewound. AGAIN I had to chase them as I had not heard a word from them by the last day it was meant to have been returned to them. When I called nobody had a damn clue what was going on. They would not know if a certain body part was on fire to be honest.

By this stage I was furious. They still could not tell me when the motor would be back, or worse when the installers could re-install and test it.

Now I had a huge problem. I tried everything possible through my settlement agent to get the buyers settlement agent to agree to settle on the agreed date, with a clause to withhold the money for the repairs (plus another $500 in case it ended up costing more). They refused. They had been burnt before by this kind of situation and refused to risk their buyer having problems, fair enough.

So now settlement had to be delayed, and as Air Spares were still fluffing about and had no clue I had to delay a second time. By the time the Air conditioning was finally fixed and settlement was able to occur, it had cost me over $800 in late settlement penalties.

To be clear, this was meant to take 2 weeks MAX. It ended up being over 6 weeks to remove a motor, have it rewound then put back in! When they were told what it has cost me because of their incompetence they couldn't care less, passed the buck and blamed other people.

I have had some bad experiences in my time, but this MOB OF INCOMPETENT MORONS takes the cake & first prize for worst business. My real Estate agent has been in the business for many many years and seen a lot of things needing repairs etc prior to settlement, but he stated he has never seen such a disgracefully operated business in all of his time.

It astounds me that this business is still running, when it is staffed by the biggest pack of incompetent people available to the workforce.
