Visited at 1215 all windows and doors filthy not a good first impression. Lady walked out of locked door came back with can of soft drink relocked door. I knocked no answer, so persisted then called out Hello as I knew staff were there. Finally lady came out I asked if I could come in? Told no on lunch! Sign on door said OPEN 9 to 5. Woman said come back in an hour turned and walked away.
Have to say worst customer experience in a long time. Went to competitor down road acquired product, first class in every way.

They never answer the phone or return voicemails. Booking an appointment was hard, getting an appointment to discuss a study is even harder. I was told the machine was fully charged and had no charge when I got it home. Terrible service.

I would not recommend to any one, done the test had to re do it, my partner went to pick up the kit again and the doors were shut and when I contacted them said that was not true! They refuse to refund me and wouldn't meet me half way and post out the kit, as I work full time and need to take time off work. There is only one person working between appointments and walk ins, will be going elsewhere.
