Aintree Cottage

We had the most amazing experience at Aintree Cottage. Nikki was great from the first contact and made everything easy and stress free. The accommodation was perfect with everything we needed for the family and to prepare for our big day. We opted for an elopement package with a small ceremony onsite in the stables. Nikki set everything up for us and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this venue for family (with young kids) accommodation and as a wedding venue. Thanks so much for making our day so perfect and special.

We had our wedding at Aintree Cottage, and stayed for the weekend. It is a beautiful location! Nikki was soo helpful with all the prep and she was super flexible on the night. It was a real pleasure to have our wedding there and would definitely recommend.

Aintree is a stunning venue with so much character and beautiful surroundings, Gav and I fell In love with it straight away! Nikki was so lovely and helpful and we are so grateful to be allowed to have our big day at this special venue.

Aintree Cottage is the most beautiful venue!
With the morning sunrise, to the sunset, the nature around & the beautiful barn & cottage! It truely gives you everything!

It completed our day to the absolute dream we wanted, and gave us the beautiful vision we wanted!

Nikki is also amazing, and so easy to chat to, answers everything & checks in!

We attended a wedding in the old stables, a quaint setting but a couple of space heaters would have made it more comfortable. It was raining so walking the 70m to the toilet over grass was a bit of a task for the ladies.

We absolutely loved having our wedding at Aintree Cottage. It is the perfect venue for a relaxed, outdoor, diy wedding. It has so many options - we had ours outside on the expansive lawns with a central dancefloor, festoon lights, fairy lights, caravan bar, food truck style dining and vintage accent decor, which transformed the venue into a magical setting! The accomodation made organising easy as we were able to stay for 3 nights, and there is additional dorm accomodation for extra guests to stay the night. Nikki is an absolute delight- she is SO helpful and lovely and makes sure you have everything you need for an amazing wedding! The venue is located in the Swan Valley, which feels like a destination but it is still so close to the city, making it easy for guests to get there. I couldn’t recommend Aintree enough!

Aintree Cottage is a sheer Delight! Only a short drive from Perth it's a perfect get away weekender or longer! My family and I felt the freedom of nature all around us, the trees are stunning, the rustic feel is so relaxing. We loved the Cottage, it has everything you need and more! Plus I loved the gorgeous bathroom.
Nikki the host was so friendly and helpful, you can feel that she wants you to love the property just as much as she does! Highly recommend!

We used Aintree Cottage as our wedding reception venue and we couldn't have asked for a more amazing place to celebrate our special day. Nikki was a pleasure to deal with and cut the stress levels in half always quickly responding to any questions or concerns we had. The property was beautiful and had the potential to add our own flare and make it our own. The ability to have both indoor and outdoor areas, along with a stunning cottage and dormitories for onsite accommodation, it made a huge difference in allowing us to stay and celebrate as long as possible without worrying about external accommodation. It truly is a stunning location, making you forget entirely that you are only 30 minutes from the city.

It has good lawn mowing people! Very nice lawn and pretty chickens. Next door has friendly sheep!

Such a lovely place for a weekend away without having to drive far! The house was immaculately clean and Nikki is very accommodating. Would highly recommend it!
