I drove all the way from Mandurah to be sold a locking screw kit that didn’t contain the correct parts for a 800% percent markup over the eBay pricing absolutely abysmal business practice one of the parts in my kit is scratched up clearly been used despite what the business has claimed in their response to my review prior to this edit the black anti corrosion coating is peeling and cracked with clear wear marks

Some secondhand scooters look like they should be scrapped. If its missing bits or something looks amiss, walk away, otherwise test ride it in their yard. Trying to claim warranty or refund afterwards is a nightmare unless your paying them more. You need to be aggressive or these guys will take you for granted

Lovely lovely people. Super knowledgeable and honest. I bought a refurbished scooter from them and it is great. My son fooled around on it and Sheikh fixed it immediately on a Sunday morning and was so kind and helpful. You won’t find a better business for e scooters.

I purchased a Segway G30 from Maj, which turned out to be the the best customer service experience I think I have ever experienced in Australia. Nothing was too much trouble, and his attention to detail was second to none.
If a business deserves to thrive, Ai Ecosystems is it!
Looking forward to the new shop opening in the hopefully not too distant future.

The owner (Majid) is one of the nicest and most knowledgable business owners I’ve met. I took my scooter twice for minor repairs and he didn’t charge me because he told me it was under warranty. He works hard to get these amazing reviews. Thanks Majid!

False advertising. Claiming refurbished scooters and when you ge there its all used and in a very bad condition. On top of that, The owner is very disrespectful. They don't honor their 1 year warranty. They are only interested in selling to you and scamming you with the accessories prices they charge more than other places. Every accessory for g30 max can be found online for almost half the price. Shipped to your door. Moral of the story. Stay away from this business.

Yes i had to buy brand new because as i said. False advertising. No refurbished. Its used and very bad condition. Second. Yes your prices are unrealistic. I bought the original accessories (oem phone mount for 22$ while you sell for 40$) and the lock for 30 which u sell for 40 or 45. And the original handles replacement for 26$ for the set while you wanted each for 20$.

Lastly, you quoted me 180$ for tyre replacement which is again unrealistic. I reached out to scooter's hut and they quoted me 85$. Basically everything was half your prices. I'm sure that the motor has a problem and you didn't address it and you probably didnt test it. Because you just concerned about profit.

I bought a 'pre-owned' Ninebot Max G30 for my grandson yesterday. The guys were very helpful and courteous and made the buying experience a pleasure. After a good test run outside, we were given a full run-down on the unit including 'dos' and 'dont's'. Even though its secondhand, it comes with a 12 month warranty - same as new!

Very helpful service. The team are very knowledgable on models and maintenance requirements for scooters and are obviously very busy with repairs. I ended up purchasing an already refurbished scooter and it works a treat!

I bought a F40 Seway and absolutely love it!
Maj was super helpful and explained each model he had. I'm 100kg and recommended I get the F40 that can carry 120kgs. Really happy with it and looking forward to going for a ride for a coffee tomorrow morning. Recommended to buy from Ai.

Maj was great to deal with and went out of his way to accommodate me. Very knowledgeable of the products on offer walked me through set up as well as providing tips for safe use and maintenance. Would highly recommend over chain store alternatives.

I was in the market for a Segway Ninebot Max and contacted Maj for more information. As per his previous reviews he got back to me straight away to answer my many questions as it was my first time buying one of these.

When I went to collect the item Maj was very professional and knowledgeble. He explained the differences between the different segways and he also gave me a walk through on how to set it up for riding.
