Agrimaster Support is great I always get helpful instructions or a phone call when I need it. If you give them all the information up front, and treat them with respect, you will be golden!

I received prompt, freindly support. The team unblocked my issue and explained how not to avoid it in the future - super happy!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Severely disappointed with the lack of support and downright rude customer service we have received from Agrimaster. Having been a customer of theirs for over 25 years the quality of service has deteriorated immensely over the last 12 months. We have been reliable clients, paying fees on time in order to utilise the program and receive the expected level of technical support. In the past, prompt, friendly and efficient support was the norm. However, this past week, we have waited 5 days for technical advice that has not been forthcoming. It seems that it is now impossible to even speak to a human being and when we FINALLY got hold of someone they were far from sympathetic, helpful or even polite! We are presently looking for alternative farm accounting packages.

Service is terrible. Zero support. Have paid my subscription and the software says subscription expired (NOT) and cannot be re-activated and cannot get any support! Impossible!
