4Terrific staff, always friendly and helpful, as others have stated, our family can visit mum without any issues, they also encourage family pets to come and visit the residents. Our Golden Retriever and Bunny Rabbit have been the residents favourites! Hall & Prior are constantly upgrading the facilities from how it was when they took over, mums very happy there!
The staff at this facility are caring, hardworking and professional. They respond to call bells promptly and perform activities of daily living in an efficient and effective manner. The residents are provided with adequate activities and day trips to keep them stimulated and socialised. The facility also engages with tertiary institutions to provide support and clinical experience to health care students. Keep up the great work Agmaroy Staff!
