Agha Juice Cafe reviews
44 Like always the foods were amazing! Top notch service and clear communication!
They put a lot of attention to detail while serving customers and never forget to give quality service. Tasty foods!
The food quality was good but the waiting time they is totally frustrating and we just waited for more than 50 mins and we didn’t get anything … store has shortage of attending staff … we got nann to eat but vegetable and salad didn’t get to eat.we waited 10 mins more than.it was too frustrating … really a very sad to say that we have not a good experience there.
I have tried kulfi and chocolate ice cream today which were tasteless, not as before I think they have changed the recipe or owner.
I had ordered gobi 65 and Palak paneer. I am frequent customer but this time I feel that on Monday 16 oct night they don’t have chef to cook and some unknown people cooed my food. Palak paneer was raw with no paneer and whole curry is like frozen brick. Gobi tastes like fermented!
Please never order any food from here except ice cream and juice.
I will definitely come back to this restaurant. Great food and lovely helpful staff.
Thank you so much for the excellent service.
We had ordered chicken Karahi, which was tastless, and the reshmi kebab was served without chutney and then came afterwards when we were nearly finished eating. Chicken chilli was like as if some amateur had made it, lacked presention, taste, and aroma. We had to wait 15 mins between each dish served. Would not recommend it at all.
A nice introduction meal with a lovely chicken kadahal an coconut rice. The mango lassi's were very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I always go to this place for Faluda ice cream. Amazing staff and excellent customer service:)
Ordered two kulfis. Was waiting near the counter. Can see the Kulfis on the table behind the counter. Asked the counter person, said its not ready. The kulfis were sitting there for more than 5-7 minutes. The counter staff/manager is not helpful at all.
Food was average but kulfi falooda was yummy and great combination of various toppings.
Juices and shakes are good too.
3 tikka were burnt out of 4. Rest of one was super dried and chewy. Over priced.
Rest of meal was so tasteless. We wait for an hour for this rubbish meal. Such a waste of time and money.
My personal experiences with them have always been great. Great food. Great service. Best mango lassi in town.
By far my favourite restaurant in Perth food has never disappointed and it's an absolute hidden gem
Food is awesome, service is below average and so is the ambience. If you are want great food this is the place for you but be prepared to wait 30 mins for food to arrive.
As much as I don’t want to sound rude or anything, but someone needs to speak up about the conditions of your restaurant i don’t even know where to start from every element of this restaurant has an issue whether if it’s your customer service, food quality, or level of hygiene. Pick up your game in the food business and stop abusing the Australian food standards get up and start ticking these boxes before you lose all the customers. Your restaurant smells really bad, you need to install ventilation system so customers can enjoy breathing in the fresh air. Provide more training to your staff in terms of greeting customers well, ensuring that empty tables are cleaned and sanitised as soon as a customer exits that door (full of hand prints and food stains - get it cleaned mate). Improve your food quality, and stop serving saggy food. Quit taking advantages of minorities who enjoys cuisines of their origin just because they don’t have many food choices to go to. Also, serving $9 desserts in medium size coffee cups is substandard service.
We love Desert’s and Milk Shakes from here… especially Special Kulfi Faluda and Pistachio Milkshake.
My favourite place for Agha special Kulfi Faluda
Service is a bit slow and wait times are long but its worth it
Indian girl at counter with glasses made the whole experience terrible, absolutely rude and full of attitude. She needs training and needs to learn to smile.
UPDATE 2022:
Food is amazing here, but oily. Customer service is better. However wait times are terrible. Even on a weekday at 9pm, had to wait over an hour for my food.
Food is too sweat especially butter chicken and peas were also not properly cooked and daal makhni was only for name. Not actually daal makhni
What a lovely place it is. Came down here for dinner on a weekday from Clarkson and it was worth every minute spent on the road while coming down. Ordered dinner and requested the chef to make the dishes pakistani style and we were in for a treat. The food was delicious and served popping hot. Then tried the must have desert called the kulfi faluda and wow what an experience it was, coming back again for sure
