We purchased a used CAT Skidsteer for over $50k with low hours and agreed a 1000h service as part of the deal, they were good enough to fix a few things that were wrong but delivered the skid steer with an error code without prior knowledge as they were unable to clear but told me not to worry about it when questioned.
I had to get a local contractor to clear the fault code for me which took nearly 2 months to get someone to a rural site but they refused to pay the $200, Clearly customer satisfaction is not at the top of the agenda.don't be left abandoned by these guys.
I will not be purchasing my Tractor through them.

Absolutely appalling spare parts service. No communication, never return calls and takes weeks to dispatch parts. Update, now telling lies on dispatch date, sent on wrong transport company to wrong address, given wrong consignment note details to track. Whole process a nightmare. One star is to high a rating. Would sell every piece of John Deere equipment I own before I deal with these idiots.

What an incredible experience!
Thank you Cobus Beylefeld at Afgri Equipment Perth for your patience, expertise and guidance with the purchase of our new JD 4066R.

I am a novice weekend farmer embarking on one of the most exciting journeys. From start to finish Cobus has steered me towards what I needed and not what I wanted, which is invaluable.

Cobus had long conversations with me trying to understand my needs and translating terminologies that I obtained from researching similar applications and youtube videos from goodwork tractors in the states. Being knowledgeable to the Australian climate, Cobus steered me away from expensive mistakes, supported me with within my budget and beyond my expectations.

Yesterday was delivery day and seeing the green tractor delivered has been a big dream for my family and I. Thank you for teaching us the in's and outs yesterday Cobus and spending the time on the farm with us yesterday. You are part of the family at Steynsrus. What a great start to a foreseeable long relationship.

We were in the market for a ride on lawn mower. The salesman were very good at explaining the current climate and gave us a best and worst case scenario for delivery dates. The showroom is something to see as well, we did half of our Christmas shopping in there.

Exactly the same boat as the guy below understand there are delays with COVID but this is crazy no communication, I always had to call them delay after delay not once were they proactive to call me first. First tractor I bought from them was a lemon this rideon mower will be the last

No response whatsoever from Salespersons. Spoke to Ellie (who has now left), gave us a quote on a tractor and helpful.

Have gone back and spoke to Tanner to finalise. Do not want to honour the quote. No return phone call from any salesperson. Went back in and spoke to third sales person. Still having issues. Stated they will call back but still waiting.

Cannot get a finalised quote and get the ball rolling! Why are we chasing you up, spoke to another Afgri dealer and gave us completely different information and same issues with calling back.

We are now going to another brand.

Recently attended the new store to buy my second John Deere Mower, salesman advised due to covid restrictions and getting stock in, i would be looking at 15/10.no worries, totally understand and paid the deposit in good faith, not a problem.rang the store just after the 15th, no mower until 30/10. Again no worries. Rang today, first guy really helpful, yes we got a bunch of stock in yesterday, let me put you through to the salesman, no worries. Salesman, no mower until 16/11. Why am i ringing, where's the service. Very disappointing

I’m impress with the friendly service level. Tanner was the salesman that we communicate with on the smaller s series and the x series mower. Extremely approachable and very very friendly. Shares lots of information the the product and product availability. Definitely recommend them for a professional / commercial tooling for agricultural / lawn mowing equipment/machines. This store have set a benchmark in terms of service level.

I can't get over the new premises in Guildford. I went in to the store with my kids to have a look at some toys. The outing ended up taking over half an hour to look through all of the merchandise and toys available. My kids even got a free ice cream which blew me away. Can't recommend enough.

From the moment I contacted Tanner for a quote on a new JD Tractor, through to completion of the sale and delivery, great customer service and very helpful.

Staff are nice, but service is a rip off. Charged me 2 hours at $160 an hour for a trainee to do a 30 minute job on my mower deck. It will take "no time at all" I was advised. Had to redo the work once I got the deck home as well as they did not do a full job. Check the cost and get in writing before you leave anything here.

Huge selection of John Deere toys and merchandise. Also great staff and service. Large selection of spare parts. Large and small earthmoving and agricultural equipment and machinery in walk around Yard. Sand and models for kids to play with at front desk while parents shop.

We received poor customer service and an incomplete job. Some 7 weeks ago our mower was collected for service and chain replacement and was returned with no chain, and taken back to the service centre. 6 weeks later and not a single update or call. We phoned them 2 weeks ago to follow up and they said it would be ready within that week. No mower and no update. I figured they've had plenty of opportunity to correct this and haven't; so one star review and some very long lawn.
