Michael's customer service and product knowledge is fantastic. I popped in to do some research on ride on mowers, and ended up leaving with an order placed for one!

Got me a super dupa mower, the type you steer via two handles lol, love it, yes hub got this toy for me to mow our new lawn and smal property. Derek was great at showing me how to maintain my new toy. Even rang me twice to see how i was going. Although i spent an hour riding around mowing with my dog on my lap and not seeing much progress but living the experience, Derek advised i had omitted to lower the blade! All good, hub returned and had his fun mowing the lawn properly. Such fun and enjoying being able to call anytime for questions.
