Over a year since windows were installed and still waiting for flyscreens! While some Affinity staff have been great (thanks Tony and Peter) I’m now sick of being given excuse after excuse as to why they aren’t yet fitted. Also some other small issues yet to be resolved which is very frustrating

We had a small order, 2 windows and a door, and were complete novices about how to order, patsy from customer service was amazing, patient with all my questions and emails! The price could not be beaten, and the product has come within estimated time and im very happy with it.

Fantastic customer service and assistance provided by the staff on the front desk whom although busy, did everything to help facilitate my parts request promptly and efficiently.

Excellent service picking up a couple of sliding window locks the other day. Lady at the front desk even showed me how to install them.

Big thanks to Ken, Brendan and Emma for responding so promptly to free my jammed sliding glass patio door so that my dog could regain access through his pet door to the outside fresh air and sunshine. Also appreciated Ken’s call to get existing key number so that new fitted door bolt was keyed alike to sliding door lock. It was very thoughtful and went above the norm.
