2I went there this afternoon and we were served by Maddy. She was really nice and helpful. My mum does not speak English, but Maddy very patiently explained everything (with me translating) and made sure my mum understood. Her kind and attentive service made us feel happy
Visited today to buy some Aesop for my wife, was there with my son. Waited patiently for 15 minutes for service (there was 1 other person being served).
Eventually staff member came over (Lorna) and was quite rude in asking “do you actually need help or you buying something now, otherwise you can wait”.
I didn’t want to create a fuss with my 5 year old son around so I just bought something with no help, I think she changed her tune when realised I was a somewhat regular customer of Aesop.
Love the brand but this interaction really turned me off, expected more when spending a few hundred dollars on product.
