Aegis Shoalwater

My family and I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Aegis Shoalwater, and the wonderful, beautiful, caring nurses, carers, and staff, for looking after our Mum, who has now passed away peacefully on the 5th January 2023. We are very appreciative towards everyone in the Oceans section for the way you always made Mum feel, not only really well looked after, but also the way you treated her like she was your own Mum, by always reassuring her, kissing and hugging her, sitting with her and chatting on many occasions, especially towards the end of her life, where she was given a lot of tenderness, patience and dignity.

As a big family that visited Mum each day, we found Aegis Shoalwater to be very clean, great meals, and patient care is 5 star.

This is a wonderful aged care facility, and my family and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I worked here for a vaccination clinic with the residents and staff, and they were all fantastic, lovely facility, very accomodating staff, and the lunch provided was excellent. 5 star service!

I worked here today doing a vaccination clinic. I found the Facility and staff extremely professional and accommodating the moment I walked in the door. What a wonderful aged care facility. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank all the staff and carers, nurses, doctors, kitchen staff, cleaning staff. For taking great care of my mother, mrs betty Pamela lang at the home. Sadly has now passed, it is a very difficult job to take care of the elderly that are close to end of life. Every time I visited mum we always felt so welcome by your loving staff, always offered me a cup of coffee and a biscuit. And you could always see how caring they look after all the clients like they were there own parents. From me it's a big thank you. And also 100 stars from me. Kind regards tom

I wish to thank all the staff at Aegis Shoalwater my mother could not have had better treatment. Every staff member that cared for my mum showed tenderness and patience and i can't thank them all enough for making an unbearable situation bearable.
