Dealt with Denise from the Sales team to get a replacement fan for my JB RTT.
The warehouse had the item in stock and an appointment was made for installation. On the day the process was silky smooth and installed promptly and professionally. A great team to work with

Made an enquiry with adventure 4x4 via email. They rang me the next day and where able to get the parts I wanted two days later. Excellent customer service and very friendly in store as well when I picked my parts up.

Called them asking about ARB air vents and was categorically told there were none in stock anywhere in WA and that it wouldneed to come from Melbourne.
I asked if they meant their store or ARB stores as well and told both.
I later got the opportunity to call 2 other ARB stores and both had them in stock.
What poor form that they wanted to waste my time as I urgently need it to replace my existing one especially with rain in the coming days.

Try being honest next time it's cost you any chance of ever seeing my money in store in the future.

Had a great experience when I went to find some accessories for my vehicle. Zac helped me out and I thought by the way he was helping me out he was the owner.

Would 100% go back again for any of my 4x4 needs.

Fast efficient done a great job on replacing my window on my canopy, but they are very expensive

Spoke to the boss there 1 month ago about a fitting a bullbar, he took me through all the options, showed me what it looks like on one of their cars out front, explained everything in detail.
I shopped around for a better deal and could not find one.
Spoke to the guys there last Sat about getting a bullbar fitted inside 3 weeks, booked the car in for fitting Monday, picked up Tuesday.
Excellent job done, I would recommend them to everyone for great service.

I have done my Bt50 extras and the after sale service were superb. I broke one of my accessories bracket, with out me even asking they source the part and arrange to be picked up. That's customer services.

Service is always quick and very informative not like Mandurah Arb where you’re left waiting to be served for up to 30 mins because you’re not buying the most expensive thing in the shop. Will definitely return for all my 4x4 gear.

It was a pleasure dealing with Jason for a Mits Alloy canopy. Very happy with the service and product. Credit to the installers who did a quality job. Highly recommend and will return.

I recently visited the rockingham store I was looked after by a young fella (Trent Baxter) I would like to give credit where due he was friendly, helpfully and no dought about it he knew his products, I am still deciding on where and what to fit on my vehicle, but this experience will bring me and ime sure my mates back for a another visit
