Had a lovely greeting from lady when we got there (all smiley and happy.thank you)
then it when down hill, the lady that took our prescription was so rude, like she was doing us a favour and demanded our medicare card I asked why as this never happens anywhere else and she kept saying you have not been here before?
she was put out that she had to walk back to my partner as she was on crutches and had to sit down as it was taking ages. I'll never go here before.this woman needs to realise she just a check out chick, nothing more nothing less, exactly the same a working in cloths shop or woolworths. I'm over terrible service, I am the customer and YOU serve me.

I’d like to say a massive thank you to all the team, especially Mandy, for their care and attention.
On Christmas Eve I went to the pharmacy with severe chest pains. They very quickly assessed that I was having a heart attack. They made me comfortable and immediately called an ambulance. Mandy stayed with me until the ambos arrived.
I’m now recovering at home after spending a week at FSH and following heart surgery. The outcome could have been much worse if not for the prompt action of your team. Thank you

Always happy, professional staff. When they know you they respectfully address you by your name. It's the only pharmacy I go to and I highly recommend them

Be very aware, one of there employees wanted my drivers licence and my credit card for me to get my script. BE AWARE OF IDENTITY THEFT. Why would they need to see my credit card at all, to see my 3 digit CVV number? And why write all the details down on a separate piece of paper?
