Before taking the ABA communication course, my biggest problem was the lack of structure around effective communication. I undertook this training for my own self development and further understanding who I was. I was in a place where I allowed my emotions to fully control my reactions.

The course allowed me to understand how I unintentionally allowed my reactions to control me and my interactions with others as well as probably more importantly how I viewed myself.

Working through both the online training and the 12 week transformation workshop I have learnt how to better and intentionally react to situations or people rather than always allowing my emotions to get the better of me.

I have previously undertaken various "self" work and I found the big difference was that this development course did not tell you what you had to do to "fix" you, it provided you with the tools and practical training to learn for yourself and implement! Whilst also recognising this is a work in progress and not "fixed" overnight.
