We had a very good experience with adore. We were looking at a few different options for lounges and the salesperson was very helpful.
Now, a year later we have had several baby and pet related accidents on our lounge and reached out to Adore for advice around cleaning and repairing and they have been incredibly helpful.

Bought 2 sofas in 2021. Paid for delivery, told afternoon, booked time off work etc. On the day of delivery we got a phone call at 9am, saying they will be coming in 20 minutes. We said no, booked for the afternoon, only to be told that they are heading south to do other deliveries & would not be coming back, so accept it or arrange another day. Had to change plans & get home for the unscheduled delivery. Guys also scratched the front door We paid for this debacle. Bought reclining sofas specifically with the handle inside. Came with handle outside. Have not been back & will shop elsewhere.

Just thought I would just look and see if I saw a lounge that would catch my eye. It certainly did. I found my lounge and to top it up I also purchased a dining table. The service I received was exquisite. Lee Anne was such a delight.

Can't get enough of this store! Absolutely love all the showroom items! Always end up buying something - and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly! Loooove!

Just moved into my first house and upon entry the store I was actually given time to look around instead of being approached immediately which I would say I preferred a lot more given me time to browse after my browsing I was graceful approached by a lovely staff member who went beyond and above to help me, not only to decide on which dinning table would be fitting but all so helping me decide on the chairs that wouldn’t clash with my other decor and listened to all the small details I was looking for very helpful staff and beautiful store

It’s walking into a luxury…everything is bling and shiny. Great prices and the staff are fantastic & very helpful. All the products are top notch. I have bought a few birthday presents for my family & also myself. Highly recommend coming here & you will walk our happy & car full

Amazing products with amazing staff! I’ve bought both my TV cabinets from there along with a bunch of other stuff, it’s my “go to” shop in Perth for furniture and decor. I had the pleasure of meeting Leanne at the Joondalup store for my last purchase and she went above and beyond to achieve the look I wanted and helped me in every way she could. Wouldn’t get customer service like that anywhere else - that’s for sure!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My mate went in there to spend 10k he's vaxxed but has a mask exemption. Refused him service and treated him like a second class sub human citizen. Absolutely disgraceful. News Flash Adore Home Living, WE ARE ALL EXEMPT FROM THE MANDATES. These laws are illegal based on the fact that federally they aren't recognised and nor are they officially recognised by the commonwealth. The government is passing the legal buck onto businesses because what they are trying to pass at a federal level in regards to mandates is being stalled because it goes against the Constitution (yes Australia has a constitution), the Nuremberg codes off the back of the Nuremberg trials and the commonwealth. You didn't offend my mate you've offended law, truth, natural order and justice. Shame on you. He had the last laugh because he walked out with ten thousand dollars of his that he was willing to give to you through the exchange of goods and services.

Great selection of lounges, purchased a lounge yesterday booked for delivery this weekend already Staff very helpful and knowledgeable on products making life easy!

If you like rude customer service, and I use “customer service” very loosely, by all means go there. Rude, pretentious, sanctimonious. No thank you. Cannot recommend.
