5 stars for the prices and discounts always BUT just left this store today & I know I was being followed unnecessarily. I had a pram and shopping bags as I had been shopping at other stores. Maybe some training on when it’s the right time to first base someone I work in Retail I knew exactly what was happening not happy at all. I have no reason to be followed or to be treated that way. Next time I will say something

The manager was rude and refused to serve me. Also told off her workers for trying to help me out. Never go back there again, very childish.

I was in store today around 11 and witnessed the manager refusing to serve a lady, seeming to be a judgement of her profile. Lady then ran out of the store crying. She looked emotionally abused and this is unacceptable behaviour. I am never EVER going to shop here. Everyone in the store should be ASHAMED of themselves.

Would highly recommend Jacob for his amazing service. He looked after every need and went beyond his service to provide us with exceptional Customer Service. Will surely shop again from you guys soon and recommend my family and friends too. Thank you for your time and effort JACOB.

Got shoes i wanted at an insane discount of 62% off. 1 size too small, but you can’t fault an outlet shop for not having enough stock.great experience

Staff are rude, I stood at the counter waiting to be served while they took selfie. When 4 staff members are standing around. I was still waiting 5 minutes later then had to ask 2 staff members to serve me.

I was instore on Tuesday and I had a very unpleasant encounter when I entered the store. Upon arrival a staff member who I later found out thru coworkers his name was Jacob, he aggressively strutted past me without acknowleding that he had just made me stop on spot very quickly in order to avoid a physical contact with this young man. I started looking thru the store when I seen him pacely working back thru the store and how his communication was to the other workers that day was disgusting, he showed no compassion or willingness to help - more just get it done don’t talk to me vibe - his mannerisms and character I seen that day were vile and the manners on him was 0 from my encounter. If you’re running the store I suggest you be more compassionate with your team members and customers. I wouldn’t want to be served by you.

Very rude manger! I went through the comments and got to know the manager is rude and i agree 100%. We have right to exchange the stuff we purchased. But she didn’t allow the exchange even the trousers has all tags there. I think she needs to learn the exchange policies and as well as managerial skills.i appreciate other adidas outlets and never had problem for exchanges and returns. But thanks this manager for harassing customers.

Quality Adidas products at a great price. They often have a blanket percentage off store wide on top of their sale prices but this can vary as does their stock levels as an outlet centre - you can't be guaranteed off the style or size you need but you can be guaranteed of great prices for what they have.

Dont go after boxing day.everything is everywhere.very messy. 5 staff only standing.not even care to tidy up or even arranging items

Not bad but not great. Few items in large sizes particularly sneakers. It is becoming harder and harder to get mens shoes above size 14 in Australia. Not just Perth.

This is a review of Adidas quality as a company. Purchased this shirt from Rebel Sport and on its 1st-2nd wash, the label had come off. I washed as per the instructions with cold-warm water, dried in the shade and not ironed. Quality should be much better for a $60 shirt manufactured in Asia when similar shirts can be bought for $5-10.

Only gd for a shoe deal. Basically retail prices for clothing they couldn't sell elsewhere. $180 for a pair of track pants isn't my idea of a bargain. & we wonder where the retail jobs are going. I'll buy online for 1/2 the price, thanks.

20 mins to closing time the guy at door said it's closed next to the sign saying open until 5. When asked said the store was messy and would not let me in. Never coming back there someone should tell the staff they are paid to let customers in not turn then away

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Store is clean and well stocked. Prices are great for good quality shoes. Wonderful!

Excellent range considering its all the last of and out of season stock, prices are eye popping, ultra boost at just over $100.managed to get a pair in my size. Afterpay in store is also a plus.
