I have been using Adaptalift for our company for well over a year and I have found them to be excellent communicators and very efficient in response times. During this time their customer service has evolved into an efficient practice. I have had some minor challenges with them but it has been resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. It's no secret the communication used to be pretty shaky with these guys but I will truthfully say Adaptalift have come along way and picked up their game 100% in the past 6 months or so, I can honestly say I'm more than happy to continue our business relations! Absolutely poor customer service. They don't know the numbers of their own company within the Western Australia branch, and not really interested in trying to help and give a really don't care attitude. Waste of time

Very poor customer service. Happy to sell you something but no response after that. With this kind of service their reputation is shot.

I agree with Ronnie.
Can't get through to Sales on phone. If they don't care enough to answer then I don't care enough to buy a forklift from them.
