When you enter their store, you feel comfy and cosy around this area. Plus it gives you a home, aesthetic vibe.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from here. We were just looking for some sheets and at first the assistant was quite helpful. However, when we asked if they had any 1000 thread count sheets in stock, she sarcastically asked "why do you even want 1000 thread count? ". She tried telling us that they're too stiff and uncomfortable when all we said is that we just prefer them. Turns out they don't have many options in stock anyway, so we went across to Bed Bath n Table and found a nice set lol

I have been in this store to look at a Marble Buffet, there were a few on show, but alas the one I was looking for was a tad smaller than the ones in store. Nevertheless I liked a lot of the furniture there also the young lady on duty there was most helpful and I will be going back to buy a side table just before Christmas.

I wanted for the first time in my life to punch a 65year old woman. I didn't.so rude.so condescending. So never going in there again.

Posted on behalf of Julie Palmer. Have to so I am really disappointed with the service from Adairs in general. I wanted to purchase a particular bedding that wasn't in stock at Carousel but was in Busselton. The lady in Carousel called Busselton and confirmed they had it in stock. I paid for the item and they were to ship it up to Carousel, then call me and I would collect it. They never called. I had to call 4 times before I could speak to the manager to find out what was happening, eventually to be told that Busselton had sold that particular item to someone else even though the person in Busselton had the item in their hand and was supposed put my name on it and set it aside. I was then told I had to come into the store at Carousel for a refund as the item is now sold out. It was only when I made a fuss about the distance and time I would have to travel to get a refund for a mistake that was their making that the manager agreed to a refund over the phone. They said they would send a screen shot of the refund. I'm still waiting 4 hours later. This was a present for a family member which you have just spoiled. Adairs your customer service is appalling and I will be passing on my experience to others.

I’m not sure who served me, I think his name was Michael? Or mikey! But he was AMAZING. I walked out very happy with my purchases, he was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable on their products.

I didn’t catch the lady’s name that helped me. But I had to return a quilt cover set that I had previously bought from the Cockburn store as I was meant to grab a fitted sheet. She graciously helped and refunded it no questions asked and then also helped me track down some pillow cases that matched a quilt cover that I had bought previously. To the lady who thanked me for my patience, I thank you for your great customer service! It was on the 27th of October at around 10pm. Please thank her for me:)
