I first went to Nicole because I wanted to lose weight and was feeling a bit fed up with myself. I was so happy to meet Nicole who is easy to talk to, listens well and doesn't impose must do's but rather makes helpful suggestions backed with good information that I could choose to follow. I told her yesterday that the Chinese herbs she has prescribed, the new way of eating that I took on and regular accupuncture sessions have made such a huge difference to my energy levels, my concentration (no more fuzzy head), my general health and importantly, how I feel about myself. For my second pregnancy, I was pregnant with twins and Nicole's treatments helped me stay calm or recover my calm. I had an induction 2 weeks early (doctors usually don't let you go beyond 38 weeks with twin pregnancies) but I had my desired natural birth, not a C-section, and no epidural. I have received treatment for several various issued from pain in my shoulder, helping with rotating a breached baby, and then encouraging spntanuous labour. My worst fear was needing invasive medical procedures to turn my baby or needing to be induced and with the special care and treatment I was able to have a safe and natural child birth. My midwife highly recommended the course of treatment I was receiving to assist in breach babies. The treatment room offered a calm and relaxing space. If there were 10 starts this place deserves it.
