I am 1 year post op with Aculase and Dr Chan. I can't even begin to explain how this surgery has changed my life.the freedom and right of accessible vision is incredible, I didn't know how much I was missing until the day I walked out of my (extremely fast) procedure.

I won't lie, I had anxiety and fears associated with any kind of surgery especially with such a sensitive area, but Dr Chan, and the team were so supportive and excellent and absolutely everything, including the healing went perfectly.

It took me about 5 years to finally committ to having this surgery and I contacted all the major players for a quote, I decided on Dr Chan and Aculase because I felt the most supported and confident in their abilities, and I was not wrong!

If you are questioning whether or not to do this, the answer is YES! I wish I did it 5 years earlier and I could not be happier for the way it has changed my life.

Dr Chan and the entire team at the practice were fantastic to work with. I received SMILE surgery to both eyes, and after wearing glasses for over 25 years I have gone from not being able to read anything more than a couple of feet away unaided to better than 20/20 vision within less than a month of talking to them.

Best thing I have ever done. I used to have -4.25 vision and couldn’t live without glasses. Since surgery with Dr Chan I have better than 20/20 vision.

I was worried it would be painful but it’s been amazing. Easy healing process. Would definitely recommend getting laser eye surgery for anyone considering it

After thinking about laser eye surgery for a few years I was referred by my optometrist to Aculase Laser Eye Surgery. I was able to get an appointment easily and was booked into have the SMILE laser eye surgery two weeks later. A month post surgery now my vision is better than 20/20! The staff are very welcoming and friendly, special mentions to Hua Yee and Dr Chan who were very informative and supportive! I have not had any side effects and am simply wondering why I didn’t do it sooner! Thank you again!

I had SMILE surgery one month ago and can’t speak highly enough of Dr Chan and the team. The procedure was quick and painless (just some stinging from the eye drops for the first day). Having 20/20 vision without glasses is amazing! I wish I’d done it sooner.

Had the procedure, had a nap, woke up and I could see! My only issues have been an exacerbation of the dry eyes that I had prior to the procedure. Honestly, I'd take dry eyes and the ability to see any day! No more contacts on muti-day hikes or blind beach swims!

I would recommend Dr Chan and his staff for laser eye surgery. I found the procedure was handled very professionally and was impressed with the effort taken to inform me of the procedure and what I should expect for the recovery period. I’m very happy with the results having had my eyes corrected for myopia and a mild astigmatism and I now have perfect vision. Love their work!
