Called up today after hours and was met with the rudest man. He was really not very nice and very unprofessional. The way he spoke to me was out of line. I’ve never felt so disrespected in all of my life.

I called up as a tenant above me has had her alarm going off since 3am this morning. You could imagine how loud it is and is a disturbance to the whole complex.

The tenant leases through them. I thought they would be able to help. And even if not so there was no need to be so rude and aggressive.

I wonder if it would have been my male partner that called if the conversation would have been differently.

What a terrible experience.

Worse of the worse.
Shane, the director is far from profissionalisim.
True I am not their tenants, however, they have sent a handyman to do work in my property and cut the electricity from my home in one of the hottest days without even informing me beforehand. You can see in the photo the man was in my property, and the unprofessional director still lie and say he was working in another location.

I have never seen unprofessional people like this.
And I called the director to complain and he simply hang up on me.

Kym and Shane Vasilie sold our house, and from our experience, they are the most down-to-earth people and agents around. They are honest, and gave us accurate and realistic feedback after each home open. We felt we were getting good value for money too, because the pair worked together in selling the house, so prospective buyers could approach either of them at home opens. It was definitely a way of leaving no stone unturned.

Also, because we were getting two experienced agents who knew the area, we felt ‘Team Vasilie’ gave us the best possible chance to sell our house.

We are very pleased with the outcome of selling with the Vasilies, and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house in the City of Canning or Town of Victoria Park area. (I have already recommended them to my parents, who also had a positive experience selling with them. They in turn recommended them to my uncle.)

The whole sale process was a pleasant journey to go on with them. Kym’s genuine soft touch and Shane’s laid-back and honest nature (rare qualities to find in estate agents) made them a pleasure to deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
