Dealing with Acton Subiaco was the most horrible experience I ever had specially with the manger Steve Michael, he is the rudest person I ever seen, we rented a shop from this Realstate for 2 years and a couple meetings the manager it was horrible omg! I will never ever go with this man or this Realstate

Never got back to me, only to find out that the unit had been rented, No dialogue, set and forgot attitude.

Offered same price a while back, but were not presented and now apartment is sold for same price.
This is very disappointing at least he should have given me first preference, though real estate person came across very nice, don't know what harm we did to him - 104/18 Rheola Street

Dealing with Acton Central was a great experience from start to finish. I originally met the whole team who were all very professional and determined to work towards a successful sale which they accomplished in a hard market.

We recently purchased a property in Subiaco sold by Shane. His work along with that of Megan and the rest of the team at Acton, was nothing short of exceptional. Their professionalism and attention to detail was first class. Shane also went out of his way to answer our questions and made himself available at every turn to provide access and attend to the property when needed. This included personally ensuring that cleaning and other tasks were completed properly.

I would like to make specific mention of the systems used by Acton. Investments made in online platforms (like digital signing) made the whole buying process easier. In addition, Shane and Megan went the extra mile to ensure that there was full disclosure on the property. Again, this simplified the buying process and resulted in a faster sale.

Shane, acting with Acton Central performed an amazing job selling my property in Applecross. This was a remote sale which included property renovations and ongoing maintenance, yet Shane excelled. The renovations were handled by Acton and delivered to an impeccably high standard, with great communication and on time and accurate progress updates.
After completion, the sale process ran very smoothly over a 4 month period, with Shane working tirelessly to promote the property in the best light, including organising and managing ongoing property maintenance during the campaign. Shane is personable, honest and a great communicator. This effort was rewarded with an excellent sale despite challenging market conditions. We have been very happy with the excellent service, prompt and accurate communications, and personable manner from both Shane and the rest of the team at Acton Central and are very happy to recommend them!

Full marks to Simon Bird and Shane Garrett who worked together to produce a great result in selling our investment property. Both are intelligent, professional and ethical in their approach. I found them always patient and cheerful. They were clear and articulate in their communications.

I was impressed with Simon's knowledge of building practices and eye for meticulous property maintenance. This was valuable in identifying and improving areas of the property which clearly needed attention before going to market.

However I was most impressed with their negotiation skills when it came to dealing with an offer and their single-minded determination to achieve a price within the range appraised.and they certainly did that. I was thrilled with the result.

Basically my favourite real estate company. Very professional service, thanks for the help with my new rental property.

Very unhappy with my first property manager Makere Hammond, who was difficult to get in touch with throughout the time she managed my property and made an agreement with my tenants without my approval to leave at the end of their lease without cleaning and with extensive damage done that would have been noticeable in prior rent inspections.
She also took no record of the original keys provided so we couldn't be sure the correct keys were provided at the end.
My new property manager who was assigned at the end of the lease to clean up her mess, Leanne Palatchie, has been great, responsive and professional.
I would NOT recommend ACTON as property managers.

Unbelievably irresponsible people.
They lost my paid rent in their accounting system and after I provided them with bank records, they simply refused to trace it up and refund it!
I complained to branch manager. No response. I complained to headquarter, no response. I wasted several months on that and finally I called the owner and get my money back.
The worst customer service quality you can imagine is ways better than their approach to customer services.
Do not trust them at all.

We have found the property manager, Makere Hammond to be very professional and friendly a all times. We have been treated as a valued customer and not merely as a tenant attending promptly to any concerns we may have.
