We had an appraisal done which was promptly completed and Upon his return we discussed briefly. We went through it privately and found no written valuation or Range and just verbal at his attendance.
The property description was: . 2bed, 1bath, 1car. This is what it appears the verbal valuation, comparable sales and listings were worked out on.
Actual property description:
5bed, 2bath, 2garage with one big enough for large off-road caravan, solar, rear accessible double metal garage, quality Airconditioing and security.
He inspected the property and commented that it was not what he expected and he was surprised.
It is my opinion that it shows a lack of interest and maybe experience which more training could be helpful.
He kept expressing his large professional network, so impressive and a hugh wow factor.
We would no way have confidence in recommending them at the present moment.
We wish them well in the future with some tuition of some staff members

Wendy was well experienced in the Booragoon area, had a good history of unit selling prices and current properties on the market to arrive at a fair asking price.
