Before I started going to CBD Health Plus - Chiropractic. I was having migraines 3-4 times a week. This had been going on for 3+ years. Apart from brain surgery. I felt like I had tired almost everything. It took a few weeks but the intensity started to go down and for the first time in forever. I was able to function without being in immense pain, which for me was a huge deal. When I get migraine now, it's pretty mild. A few months ago I had terrible lower back pain. Had issues getting into/out of bed, walking and general movement. After just a few visits I had huge results and improvements in movement/ comfort. Always a great experience. I go to Active Remedial Massage almost every month. Staff are super knowledgeable, friendly and strong! I always have muscular pains in my back and neck, and always walk away feeling great for days after. Rooms are tidy and clean, with relaxing ambiance! Easy access if you work in the CBD! Have to usually book in advance because they're so busy!
