I have had the pleasure of working with Josh, from the ACT! Today, Perth office to merge our server based CRM, to the cloud based ACT version.
Josh has been so patient and professional during the installation and following weeks when I needed some additional support. As with any big install, we have had some issues that we did not expect, and Josh has always returned my calls and emails as a priority, so we can continue on with our business operations as we needed to.
