Ace Cinemas - Rockingham

Got to change the allocated seat system 2 ppl had same ticket numbers which turns into disruption.

I love Ace Cinemas so much. The staff are nice, extremely patient and answer all questions asked, sometimes the seats can be dirty, but most of the time they’re clean, so that’s good. The popcorn is also delicious.

Also to the Ace Cinemas managers, please tell the worker with the short, curly black hair and glasses that I said he’s cute. I’ll probably never see him again, but please tell him that because I fell in love at first sight

ps.give him a special raise he seems like a hard worker.

Came and watched a movie in the gold lounge for the first time in years. Customer service was friendly and professional however after purchasing a few drinks and snacks, our table wasn't cleared by the servers of empty or unused items when they would bring something more to the table. I ended up having to move plates and glasses myself to an unused table just to be able to use the space appropriately. The arm rests on the recliners are clearly well and truly aged and worn with patchwork repairs simply put over damaged areas.for the pricing of the tickets, I think it's say to say replacing the old furniture is definitely well over due.

For christ sake…. CLEAN YOUR TOILETS! It stinks of piss the entire length of the corridor. I’ve been in cleaner portaloos on a building site.

Comfy seats in both normal and gold lounge seats. Very clean. No complaints here

Great cinema, some of the best cinema popcorn I've had. The 1 downside is thier was no usher to enforce the designated seating.

Gold Lounge is the best way to watch a movie - just lsy back put your feet up & have your message brought to you - that is some service.

Didnt mind the experience. Neutral really. Amenities were clean and tidy, seats were comfortable and of reasonably clean standards. Was allocated seats for covid safe reasons.
Only complaint (not that its a big one) is that I found it a tad too loud. But as there weren't many bodies in that cinema that could be the reason.

Excellent cinemas, comfy regular seat with drink holder. Good screen and clear sound system. Friendly staff, worked calmly to deal with the queue. Tasty popcorn

Great value for card holders, i wish the online experience was able to input card numbers. Becomes expensive when buying tickets as a regular purchaser.

Great staff, great easy access, great pricing if have a membership, great family fun, quite for a Saturday afternoon, definitely coming back thoughout the school holidays

Great service (gold lounge). Great comfortable seating, good tasty food, a limited selection of meals and snacks on the menu (I received an email recently, notifying that the menu has been updated). Love the ticket price along with the complimentary drinks and popcorn. Clean areas, friendly professional staff. Always a pleasure coming to this cinema.

Normal regular cinema also not bad and ticket price is very cheap, though sometimes there may be some dirty seats. But gold lounge always has great comfortable seats (faux leathery material)!)

Comfortable seats and always room for one more. Although, I’m not a fan of the seats in front of the gold seats, to close to the screen.

Movie was to start at 10 30am only came on after 11am that is not good service because I had a doc appnt n the movie ran late so i missed my appnt

We go out of convenience. Always friendly service and the movie quality good. Unfortunately it is smelly and the carpets are copping a beating from the high traffic of people.

Not a bad place for Rockingham. I can say that because I grew up here. Pretty good services here. Friendly staff. The insides are well presented.the great thing is where it is positioned is close to shops, restraints and cafes. Not a bad place to take the family out for and afternoon or evening.

I accidentally booked seats here instead of midland. The manager at Rockingham went above and beyond with the service provided.

I made a mistake and all they wanted to do was help me out.

They are going to keep my business that's for sure.
