I go here once a fortnight with my daughter n it has been awesome service, the girls behind the counter r awesome friendly helpful, they all deserve respect n I hope people do treat them with that 100 out of 100 girls

Very expensive for the worst seating. Cold popcorn with little to no favouring. No point changing to hoyts just to increase ticket price to go to a worse cinema. Disappointing to say the least.

Pls fix the nasty ash crusty ghetto seats in gold lounge, also should have qr codes to order… would be way more convenient and quick.but priority 1 - fix them gross seats

Went last night. Gold Lounge.menu limited as staff had not ordered most items listed.seats in GL2 not up to standard very worn and not cleaned with left over popcorn from earlier session.some of the food brought was ok but some was cold.dress standard should be better from all patrons attending.disappointed to say the least for what you pay.

Paid good money to see a film, but walked out after enduring 20+ of advertisements! Really! I pay to watch a movie NOT ADS! I can understand if it's free to air TV but not at the cinema. NEVER AGAIN.

Always go Gold Lounge, and Ace's is great. Food selection is good and is pretty tasty. Staff were a little slow in returning to take our order, but we did get into the movie on time.

This cinema never really fails to disappoint. We've gone many times and even yesterday when we went, someone messed up our drinks on the receipt, my partner couldn't be bothered fixing it. However when the lady who served us saw it at the cash register, I overheard her talk about it and she got it changed for us, which meant so much

Absolute disgrace in Gold Lounge, Midland Gate. Torn seats, all seats squeak when you recline. Popcorn stuck in foot rests, not the gold lunge experience and no excuse. The owners need yo up their game if start refunding

Went to Golf class New Years Eve. Probably understaffed. Staff were great to deal with but everything was a little slow. Food was just warm, cooked well but not delivered hot. The coffee and tea with dessert was overlooked although a refund and apology was given

Watched avatar 2 here and the seats were super comfy and the theatre was super neat.loved the experience would definitely recommend this theatre!

Max theatre was great to view Black Adam. Comfy seats and good sound. Easy ticket pick-up after ordering them on line

Seats aren't the comfiest, but during the day it isn't that busy there is plenty of room.

Who doesn't like a good movie? Sometimes, they run low on certain ice creams, but nothing that can't be substituted for something else

Their coffee tastes terrible. They charge $5 for the coffee, and it tastes like there is uht milk in it. For that price, I would have expected a decent coffee. They don't allow outside purchases into the cinema, otherwise I would have brought a coffee from elsewhere into the cinema. I saw the movie Mrs Harris Goes To Paris. I couldn't hear the dialogue. The sound needed to be turned up.

Saturday night and limited children's movies and literally no sessions for grandparents to have a nice evening at the movies with their grandchildren.

Ace registration did not go through but money taken. Had to call, wait for 20 min to talk to somebody to get the money back. Website misleading.

Cinema experience was great.

Disappointing service & management know it. Why bother paying extra for online priority tickets when you're left waiting at the counter. It doesn't seem like management genuinely care about customers because they deflect responsibility and berate customers in front of others. Even the GM doesn't bother to respond to constructive feedback. My advice spend your money on a cinema that give a dam about quality service, upgrading their facilities & deserves your loyalty & patronage.

Ace is a great place and they keep there cinema relatively clean. Not one bad experience there yet so I’m gonna keep going. The gold class lounge has amazing service, all the staff are lovely and everyone here is super helpful. Went a little while back and they had some issues with the drink dispenser the ladies that where helping us where amazing. They where not rude, thoughtful and made sure we still got served before the movie start time. Great to still see this place alive after the covid pandemic!

Theatre OK but food and service not.
Waited way to long for food and the falafel snacks were terrible. Had to ring and ask for my coffee and dessert movie had nearly ended. Won't bother going again.
