Asked for a drive through caravan bay for one night given a bay right alongside an open waste drain really smelly as it had rained a few hours earlier. There where clearly other bays not in use very disappointed with this caravan park. Unfortunately the only one in town the other two - one is free camp self contained and the other unknown.

The park is ok for a stop over. No longer than 1 night in Norseman is required lol.
There is a motel next door with a half decent food. Toasties from the servo were ok when you hit the road out of that place.

I've stayed here twice now - once in a cabin and once camping in a tent. Both times the service on arrival was great and the facilities very tidy.
The cabins are neat and very well appointed. The tent campsites had shade cloth laid over the dirt which makes it just that little bit more comfy in the tent and keeps the dirt out.
This is a great van park to visit. Highly recommended.

Welcoming was very interesting and good, sites are shady, level and clean with easy access for drive through and if you have a fur baby there is easy access for walkies too.just ask and its right alongside. The bays are generously sufficient. Ablutions AOK.

The manager was very helpful when I arrived two minutes before the office closed and then needed help to hook up my van.

Hot showers, trees in the park. Had to walk a little to exercise the dogs. Office man was friendly, great to arrive after the Nullabor.

This is a good place to do a 1 night stopover when driving across the Nullabor. The amenities are clean. Book online through Big 4 site, or you won't get the discount. I booked through the park, and the manager will not even look up your Perks membership. I am an Acclain member as well.same thing. We had a drive-thru site. The dump point is up the road from the park.

A great stop after travelling the Eyre Highway from Ceduna back to WA.
Friendly manager and good sized sites.
Facilities are old but functional. Bathrooms were rather dark.
Laundry had 3 washing machines and 3 tumble driers. Unfortunately only 1 was working. I leave with a bag of damp washing to dry out at our next camp.

After vowing we would never stop in Norseman again, and would rather sleep in the car, we found ourselves without an option. What a pleasant suprise this caravan park was. The manager was extremely helpful, pleasant and very organised. The grounds were neat, tidy and clean. We had booked a chalet, which we found clean, well maintained and very comfortable with all necessary equipment. Our balcony although small but allowed us to sit outside watching the bird life settle as the sun went down sipping our post drive refreshments. We found the atmosphere very peaceful and would highly recommend to any traveller.

Stayed here for one night in a superior chalet. Staff member was very helpful, and the room was clean with the aircon on when we arrived. Very comfortable bed and great mini-fridge to cool down our water after our long drive. Would definitely stay here again! Amber

Great service, I checked in after hrs but booked ahead and the owner txt me with the details of the lock box for entry to my cabin and upon entering my cabin I was surprised at the care given as the outdoor light was on the place smelt amazing and the air-conditioning already on, I truly appreciated that after 10hrs of driving with kids

Im a country bumpkin at heart and the cabin i had, had everything i needed. It was comfortable clean a nice place to rest but the best thing i liked was that there was cooking facilities. I think they should promote this more. Nothing like preparing your own meal when your travelling, even if it may only be bacon and eggs and toast eg

On arrival you are assaulted by can and can't do signs. There are 7 telling me what I should and shouldn't do in the toilets alone! Doesn't make you feel welcome at all. Shame because it is a pleasant park with lots of space and shade. Staff very nice too. It is very expensive though for what it is. Holding people at the start or end of the Nullarbor hostage for water.

Fabulous. I arrived at the last minute and they had a spot for me. Facilities excellent and very clean

For the price there should be a dump point on site. It could do with a bit of maintenance. The sites were a bit muddy and there were hooks in the toilets that needed securing. Very quiet though.

5/2019: Busy campsite. The facilities are clean and functional, everywhere is tidy and the staff friendly. They have even designated a tent area with what looks to be squares of Astroturf, being as this is Norseman and the ground is pretty hard and gravelled. We found a spot with bare earth that wasn't rocky and suited our trailer tent fine. Was silent (except for distant road noise) by half eight at night. Helpful for those preparing to set off across the Nullabor.
Added 7/2022: Stayed in a double bed cabin. Of the 5 we used from NSW to here, this was 2nd most expensive and 2nd to worst quality. Small, wobbly bed, cold, old.

In December I had the complete misfortune to stay at this park under COVID quarantining restrictions, as this was the only place we could quarantine at short notice.
We had to pay 14 days in advance with no refund which we accepted, but not the substandard accommodation with shower not operational for 3 days and TV reception was extremely poor.

After complaining about the poor services the shower and TV aerial were repaired, but we were then charged for using the facilities in our caravan by charging us for the stowage of the caravan at the highest rack rate for 14 days. The manager did not mention of any charges for having the caravan onsite and charged us for 14 days of storage although we were only there for 8 days. This was corrected after complaint about the overcharge.

As there was no clothes washing facilities in the accommodation so we were told to wash our clothes in the shower, as we weren’t able to use the site laundry. We used the washing machine in the caravan on half a dozen occasions to wash our clothes.

This matter has been referred to the Complaints Commissioner to try and get the caravan charges returned!

Never again!
