Very dated and run down. Showers are broken, bathrooms dirty and no dump point. Thefts reported in the park. Unfortunately there is not much positive to say about this caravan park. We left a day early.

Enjoyed our stay with grandson. Our site was shady and close to all needed amenities. Quiet park. Will stay again when in the area.

If you're planning a trip to Albany, this is where you'll want to stay, a five star experience start to finish!

The grounds of the campsite promise a peaceful stay with lucious greenery at every turn, exactly as I'd hoped our experience in Albany would be. The amenities were pristine with lovely hot showers with perfect water pressure. We used the camp kitchen which was clean and had everything we needed - with the bonus of beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly, accomodating and this really reflected on the overall "vibe" of the campsite and the people who were also staying there.

We had to leave the first caravan park we booked shortly after arriving, and weren't sure if we'd find another on such short notice. We phoned up Albany caravan park and the staff went over and above to save our night (out of hours). They gave us a warm welcome, a listening ear, a beautiful quiet spot to park up, thanks to these guys our night went from a potential 1/10 to a 10/10 fast!

Thank you Albany Caravan park! We'll be back

These guys were amazing. After a hectic journey trying to find a campsite for the night outside of Albany, we ended up having to drive back into town late at night. We tried to contact almost every caravan park in the area and Albany Holiday Park was the only one to get back to us, despite it being past opening hours. They were quick to accomodate us for two campsites and it was such a relief to have a place to stay with great facilities. We would’ve ended up having to sleep in our cars otherwise! Many thanks to these guys, they were phenomenal.

Albany Holiday Park is a lovely place with friendly staff and all of the amenities you need, from a washing machine and dryer to a BBQ or stove top to cook on.
A camp lounge with TV, microwave, kettle and a fridge just incase you don't have one.
There's even a petrol station right across the road.
The staff are awesome and very friendly and always happy to help with any polite request.
They have excellent security with secure key card entry and exit for your added peace of mind with security cameras so even if someone does something they and their rego number are recorded so police can apprehend the person or persons involved.
With plenty of activities available to help keep the rug rats happy and places for the whole family to enjoy their day without even having to go anywhere, but if you wish to explore Albany more and view the many beautiful things that there are to see here they have pamphlets with details and contact info for a variety of businesses who can facilitate your greater enjoyment of your stay.
I'm actually staying there right now and I have to say that I would recommend this place very highly.
EDIT: I'm sorry for the doubled up photos my phone sends them twice for some reason.

Had to cancel our Christmas holiday booking (booked somewhere else) as we got Covid and booked this place in just two week's notice. We read the reviews and wouldn't book in normal time but in such short notice couldn't find anywhere else.

The Chalet we booked is pretty old and require renovation - however was cleaned at satisfactory level even though we found socks under our bed, Sofa was prettty old, bathroom was pretty clean. Few light bulbs were not working when we arrived which were fixed the next day.

I would keep this as last option as the place is pretty old, not well managed however the staffs were helpful.

Tidy. Clean. Functional.
Spent a long weekend in one of the on-site cabin while dated they were clean, well presented, and had all the utilities & amenities you would expect to find. Park management were great. Very friendly, helpful and had some great knowledge & recommendations of the local area. Certainly would recommend.

One of the better places to stay.
As a well travelled old truckie who has travelled all across this great country Australia in my Truck and as a grey nomad caravaning about. I found the Albany Holiday Park one of the nicest. This time I stayed in one of their cabins which had all the household necessities, was clean and well presented. I Would recommend this park to anyone looking for a place to stay in Albany.

On arrival management complaining about other guests of different nationality.
Toilets absolutely disgusting blamed on these same guests but only cleaned once a day in peak period. Never any toilet paper and that’s if you even want to enter the amenities
You can have old and well maintained but this was not. Even a broom to clean up the entrance of amenities.
The whole park in dire need of some money spent on maintenance and renovation.
The only good bit was the grass was reasonably green.
The above probably the only reason we were able to get a site while the whole of WA is booked out between Christmas and New Year.
Owner needs to take some drastic action!

Pretty good. Facilities are average (in the amentities that i used, one toilet didn't flush, one shower handle was broken) but it's clean and has everything you need EXCEPT WiFi. They have an old fridge full of books where you can take one and leave one which is pretty cool. The kitchen area is indoors and they have microwaves etc. Cute little undercover picnic areas too.
Rating 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the price. For anything over $50 you can usually expect WiFi and/or the amenities being top notch. Great little park but a bit pricey for average camping.

Disgraceful. Budget, dear reader, should not be a cover word for "disgusting". Cut our holiday short because I refuse to risk our health. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Worst than the pioneer camps in the socialistic eastern Europe 40 years ago. Don't stay here, it is just not worth it the money they ask for.

Ok for somewhere to sleep for the night but the park was tired and the cabin dusty and musty. Arrived at the Esperance counterpart today - very different experience (much better in Esperance).

Spent a week here with caravan and it was not a good experience at all. The Toilets were absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper was never available and paper and empty water bottles all over the floor. They said Toilets were cleaned once a day but that is a load of nonsense. The toilets were dirty and disgusting and looked the same especially the one that had stuff splattered in at as was the same when we left as it was when we arrived. Basins were dirty and hair lying in them, no soap to wash hands. Bathrooms needed sweeping out and floors mopped. The park could do with upgrading and cleaning too as well as grass tidy up or trimmed. Another drawback is there is no dump point - you have to go down the road for that out of the park. People with dogs - some of them did not pick up their dogs mess either. Serious attention and detail needed. This is peak season and big advertising for a park from peoples experiences so not an excuse that it is holidays and cleaning and tidying unavailable. Where is the Management. Wake up this is the time to shine so people will want to come back - sorry I won't be coming back or recommending.

Stayed overnight in a van site with single concrete slab and frequent rain showers. Amenities dated and need some maintenance. Shower drain was partially blocked so soap residue in base both showers. Overcast day so time switch light did not come on until I had finished dressing. Power did not work on my site as safety switch keep tripping off so used next site. Been to better parks who do not charge top $$.
