Helen uses a very kind and calming approach. Even though I had heard about some of the techniques Helen uses, I didn’t know how to practise them nor did I make time to practise them. My regular consult with Helen ensures I dedicate this time for my own growth. Plus, when I find it difficult to grasp the concepts, Helen gently guides me to understand my emotions and opens me up to more possibilities. She is time aware and has been very accommodating with my schedule. I feel we achieve a lot in the session times.
