I completed this course online. The technology worked very well. The program was very informative and easy to follow. I had no problems with jumping in and out of the course. I was always returned to the section of the course that I was last working through. I learnt a lot about the subject I was studying. I highly recommend this training. It’s excellent.

It was very difficult without a laptop I did most of the course on my phone. Don't use your phone use a laptop

The amount of support I got while doing this course was insane. I cannot thank you all enough. It was the most rewarding time spend doing this course.

I needed to complete an RSA to volunteer in my small town and found this course on the Friday and was done by Sunday (in bits and pieces) and qualified by Monday. So much easier than having to drive hours to do a face to face. Simple assessments and one video upload. Highly recommend.

Very helpful with online courses, quick to respond to questions would highly recommend for people wanting to do online courses.

Would highly recommend going to actual facilities and do this course I have done mine in the past and this was by far the most time consuming course

The entire course content was seamless. After registering the training it took only a day to complete my course for the assessment and the assessment process is also taking only a working day which is a good service.

For the most part, was brilliant!
Just some websites change details and links I were given did not show me what I needed at times.

Could just be me but was pretty sure 1 link definitely need to be fixed. But can't remember which sorry.
Definitely 5 stars but links need to be checked on a routinely bases to make sure they are still useful.

I enjoyed the course especially having AAAT having my back and supporting me through it and answering questions i had. Loved the fact that there was so time limit so could do it at my own time. It helped a lot since I'm a mum to 4 kids. So thank you AAAT:)

Great service and easy to use but make sure to leave enough time before you need to get the certificate, had to wait 3 days for mine. Excellent and easy to follow service!

I am a mature adult and the course was very much aimed at 18 year olds. Far too much basic stuff and too laborious

Great facilitator, easy to use online portal. Responses were quick and Certificate emailed as soon as approved.

I was able to complete the course around normal work commitments. The structure of the course was great and being able to complete it self paced was fantastic. Highly recommended.

RSA Cse was actually a real eye-opener as well as providing the appropriate training.
Whenever I needed assistance it was prompty provided so that I could easily navigate the process

The time frame to complete the course was appropriate. Assessment and result was advised very quickly once the work was submitted
