Acai Brothers reviews
27Staff looked bored and like I ruined their day for taking my order, waited 20 minutes for my “the besto-pesto” toasted sandwich which came out burnt and completely wrong.had been given a completely different toasted sandwich.didn’t realise until I was home and wasted 15$. Staff could not give any cares at all.very disappointed
Exactly 28 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I received my açai bowl and it wasn’t even that busy.
The açai has absolutely no taste and the presentation of the bowls is quite clearly no longer important.
Açai Brothers is not what it used to be. Very unfortunate.
I love coming here. It's always a really positive experience. Food, coffee and crew are always superb.
Tha acai bowl was pretty lame, considering wat you are paying for.
I'll go to the other places, they have alot better bowls.
And the staff wasnt so positive either.
Rating this against all the acai bowls I've had in Perth.
It's pretty average. Expensive for what you get.
Taste wise the banana is over empowering (I ordered mine without Banana on top).
One of the toppings had raisins (I think the buckini). Not a fan of raisins in açai bowls.
I paid extra for cashew butter but I only got a tiny drizzle. When I pay for extra nut butter at other açai places I get about 1.5 tablespoons of it.
Delicious food and drinks, and absolutely lovely employees! Love coming here to brighten my day
The best Acai place in Perth! Can’t beat it, the Notella bowl is the best! Add on some caramel sauce to the top and it’s out of control deliciousness!
Probably the worst açaí bowl that I’ve ever had in Perth.
The base was melted and toppings tasted way too sweet and artificial.
I took my sister there for her birthday and it was disappointing not too mentioned over priced.
The only place I buy acai bowls from. Guaranteed delicious, nutritious bowl to set you right. My go-to is the Choc treat yo self, the name says it all! And without feeling the guilty Choc trip afterwards!
Drove 20 minutes here because I was craving a peanut butter bowl.
As I was making my way through it I was wondering when I was going to taste the peanut butter besides the drizzle that’s on top & all I could taste was the açai - which had an icy texture.
Thank goodness for the fruit otherwise it would have been bland.
As a true açaí bowl lover I can honestly say that this is the best in Perth that I’ve tasted. Have been coming here religiously since they opened. However, I’ve lost count how many times my family has been when we’re met with a board filled with ‘sold out’ fruits. I can understand seasonal fruit not being in stock, but when the local IGA has the fruits, I just can’t understand that. Also, the amount of times that our family has gone and been turned away because they are closed or closing early due to most products being sold out (Sunday 11th September) it almost becomes irrelevant that the açaí bowls are great, if you cant get them, and get what the menu is offering, what’s the point? Really disappointed.
Terrible customer service by female staff. Waited 15 minutes for my bowl. Turning customers away but a staff member friend rocked up was given what I assume my bowl as he ordered the same and was given it he didn’t pay. My bowl was also like a soup no thickness to it. So disappointed
The team at Açaí Bros.in City Beach are all fantastic, fun, and professional. They have become my friends over the years. Thx for looking after me guys ️
Rude customer service from female staff. Also witnessed them turning away multiple paying customers before 1pm close time & then served her friend free of charge (they did offer to pay).
Horrendous customer service. Not sure if that’s served to everyone or just me. Reading previous comments makes me think that maybe the girls do not like serving people of colour. Might as have put up a signage outside the store if that were the case.
Came here with a friend and we both ordered the baby bro size and were very disappointed after receiving our 3/4 filled cup for $11.50. My friend payed $13.50 ($2.00 extra for a teaspoon of granola). Not much fruit on top either. Wouldn’t recommend as extremely over priced and terrible serving sizes. *EDIT* I sent an email a week ago and have had no response
It used to be my favourite place to stop by and have a bowl. I just got back from my 4th in a row bad experience in that place. 3 out of the 4 involved rude staff and 2 out of these 4 involved my order (which is quite simple) done incorrectly.
Never coming back!
Very bad service as I was waiting to be served when someone else barged in and the girl behind the counter knew that I was the next one in line and still proceeded to serve the one that pushed in. Maybe racism still exists!
The bowls are so tasty, but the let down is the customer service. The girls are rude and just fake!
Best Acai bowls around. Missing the Freo store though, City Beach is such a treck but totally worth the drive
