Called these guys trying to source a wheelchair ramp for hire as we wanted to accommodate our clients appointment more comfortably, but I was having a really hard time finding someone that could help. Annette was so wonderful and went above and beyond to help, sourcing me something that was perfect for our needs at a very very low price from their own stock, her service was remarkable and I highly recommend using this company. Their values were definitely in line with their great service, 5 stars all round!

Exceptional staff they brought out several rwalkers to try. Prompt service and allowed me to keep the one I decided "airgo" so I could have it immediately. The staff here are so helpful. We spent a long time trialing wheelchairs and they never faulted. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Went there. Looked at products. Waited and waited for someone to serve me. The girls in the office were too busy chatting to be bothered serving anyone. So do not recommend. In my business customer service comes first. Thats how we survive.

Initially the service was extremely good, but now I want to return some items I rented, I have had difficulty finding out the opening hours over the Christmas/New Year period. I attempted to return the items on Monday, Christmas Eve and also today, 27 Dec.only to find the premises locked up. I phoned today, to see if there was any message but to no avail. I have just checked the website and it is confusing if you will be open before new year.

I was very happy with the response and treatment I received when I did manage to return the hired items. No extra charges were made. Thanks

I found AC Mobility while looking for a wheelchair for my mother who experiences life through Alzheimers. They were easy to deal with on first contact over the phone. When I arrived to pick up the chair I was greeted by a delightful group of people who really seem to care about what they are selling - ensuring that they provide the best value and the right equipment. I would also mention they are leaders in research and development in mobility aids including comfort and safety (something I didn't know before I went there) They are developing new equipment onsite - so every sale and every rental is supporting an Australian Company. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for any sort of mobility equipment for disability.
