Ryan and the team were super professional and helpful. Their communication was excellent and they responded to me quickly, even on the weekend. Couldn't be happier with the service and I will definitely be using them again.

Just had my heat transfer kit installed and very impressed with the level of detail. Have used forsters before but overly impressed at our recent job. 5 star!

Rushed service, unfriendly and very poor communication. Sent an email querying the invoice, waited one week still no response, had to send another email to get a reply. Give the Busselton Community Facebook page a search to find a good plumber!

AC Forster were fantastic when arranging an indoor log burner for my parents house in Busselton. The service was really friendly and turn around time was really good. Mum and dad are so happy with the fire. Thank you guys!

Forster's and Son were amazing. Ryan was so professional and helpful and had his team come out the very next morning after my call. They arrived with my solar hot water system and tin sheets I needed replacing. The young guys Denis and Braden, sorry if I've muddled your name (he has great hair). We had our chimney booked in for a clean, and no one showed so we called them and they said they were delayed. So I re booked for the following day.no show again. I called to be told no one was coming today as they had already finished for the day. Unprofessional and not good enough.

Would highly recommend Ryan and the team, got some great advice on selecting a fire for our new house. On installation day Brodie and the 4th year apprentice (sorry I forgot his name) were courteous, professional and tidy. The fire looks awesome cheers.

Not a great experience for such a highly recommended business. They don't listen and don't follow up with what they say. AND their cat is the devil Shouldn't be in the store!

Worst service ever. Booked a job and no show. Totally unreliable. No courtesy call to let me know. Had to ring them the next day to find out what was going on only to be told "dont know what happened there, there's no plumber working today. Left me without water for 2 days. THANKS FOR NOTHING.
I got someone else out to do the job.

Can't recommend them highly enough.

When our solar hot water system failed the warranty dealer organised a small temporary HWS and ordered a new system which was Delivered a week later. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I called warranty dealer who said F+S would be swapping it over and should have made an appointment. A week later I called again after no contact. Finally F+S called to make an appointment. On that monday I was contacted at 4: 30 that they couldn't come and would come Wednesday. On Wednesday they didn't come or call. I called the following day to explain we were going to be away for a month so it had to be done by Friday. They said they were busy and would do it while we were away, and didn't need to check it from inside the house. On return from our holiday I needed to access the ceiling where I noticed light coming through the tin. I climbed on the roof and saw when the HWS was swapped it has been dragged over a part of the roof and had punctured a hole in the ridge of a sheet of tin. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend them
