I attended the clinic for a Chemical Peel, the whole event was a lovely experience. The clinic staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My face after the treatment had a lovely glow and felt a lot healthier. I look forward to returning for further treatments.

My appointment was late in the afternoon. I went straight in and the staff made sure I was very comfortable and explained the procedure to me. I would thoroughly recommend the clinic for their professionalism and genuine caring.

The receptionist at this clinic is the rudest that I have ever encountered in any establishment. Think Miranda Priestly from 'The Devil Wears Prada', except she is just the receptionist.
Scolding clients like naughty school children for being late once, to 1 appointment out of 10. Even when calling ahead & apologising and even though the clinic staff were running late themselves.

Take your business where it is appreciated, to one of the other Absolute locations (where all the staff are amazing) or another clinic all together. The worst!

The medical team are fantastic, but the reception staff are extremely rude. Definitely consider booking at a different clinic or location.

Dr. Syed has been nothing short of amazing throughout the course of my tattoo removal. From the very beginning he has shown a high standard of professionalism, has been realistic and expectations and outcomes, and is super helpful and friendly at each appointment. I’m so happy with my results thus far, and can’t wait to see the end result. Could not recommend Dr. Syed more!

Absolute has very personable Doctors with the latest cosmetic procedures. I had J Plasma treatment on my eyelids by Dr Syed recently and the skin is now tighter and my eyes look more awake than before. Will definitely go back if I choose to do other procedures.

Very easy and strait forward. Nice ladies. Results have not lasted as long as I hoped but I live a very active lifestyle.

Very good! Went to get my lips done by Susan, she was very gentle and made me feel comfortable. I left with what I wanted and I never bruised and my swelling was gone within a few days! Definitely recommend to see Susan!

I saw nurse Suzanne for my first ever session of Botox. I was a bit anxious but committed to having it done. She talked me through it, reassured me, and just two days later (advised 7-10 days) I’m already seeing a difference. Yay!

Really friendly receptionist and nurse, I felt at ease as soon as I entered the building.

Amazing staff all round from first stepping in the door. Dr Syed has been able to help me through a process of nerve damage from a tumor and I will be forever great full for his professionalism and smile to put me at ease

Won’t be going back, the receptionist is beyond rude and abrupt to everyone.
As you Walk in I received “just take a seat! ” As a greeting.said “I forgot you were there” after 30 minute waiting in reception.
Each time the dr has been over 45 minutes late.
No call to say where running late, just wait.
NO respect for people’s time.
The dr also had the audacity to say “ what are you going to do about your skin” as if it was bad, pointing out imperfections I didn’t ask for an opinion on.
I was there for a totally unrelated matter. Tattoo removal! In fact.
I left feeling terribly self conscious.do not waste your TIME or your money.

I have had microdermabrasions and peels at the Applecross clinic by Monique. She is extremely professional and lovely, and every time my skin looks and feels amazing afterwards. Highly recommend!

My experience with Absolute Cosmetic Medicine in Applecross was better better, than I expected and better than other places I ever was for the treatment.

Dr. Syed was so nice, honest and very approachable. Appreciated his input (I ended spending way less than I thought I would need after speaking with him), loved the outcome and he’s now who I will be going to for all my injectables
