I have been coming to your clinic for a few weeks now struggling with terrible acne and been receiving the klaresca treatment. I just wanted to thank the girls who have been doing my skin and the clinic as a whole. Everyone has been super friendly and professional in their practice which is great. I also wanted to say thank you to the girl who did my skin today I think her name was Vicky?
She was great to chat to and I had told her how self conscious I am of my skin without makeup and how it is hard for me to be in public without makeup. At the end of my treatment today she offered to give me a face mask so I didn’t have to walk out of my appointment with my skin showing. I thought this was great customer service and displayed a real care for me as a client/person! Thank you!

After 39 years of professionals telling me they can’t help me, I had a phone call from the amazing Dr Christie telling me she can help me it was a very emotional day. I have quite bad scarring on my chin from a car accident I was in when I was 15. The amazing dr Christie worked her magic. For the first time in 39 years I looked in the mirror and saw my smile instead of my scars. Thank you just doesn’t seem enough. Dr Christie, thank you. Shout out to nurse Steph. Saw Leah for my first ever treatment and she was fantastic. She made me feel comfortable. Working in the sun, my skin was starting to show early signs of ageing/lines. I was encouraged by my girlfriend to come for a consult and I left feeling refreshed and so much better. Highly recommend for all men to take care of themselves. Prevention is key! Would 100000% recommend Leah going forward.

Wow, I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve always been the type of person to give credit where credit is due. Credit is simply not enough for Absolute Cosmetics!

This surgery is something that I had been considering for a number of years, but I was hesitant as the word “surgery” scares me due to past experiences. I had a look around at a few different plastic surgeons both inside and outside of Western Australia, and made some consultations and/or talking through emails, but hadn’t found anyone that I felt comfortable to go with. I therefore put it off for a very long time, before a few people had mentioned Dr Glenn Murray at Absolute Cosmetics. I took a very fortunate chance and within moments of meeting Dr Murray, I knew that I was in safe hands, and that he would be the surgeon I would go with. This was within just minutes! He had an honest and professional approach, talking through my desired results and any risks involved. He was not judgemental, and explained everything in terms that I actually understood (previous surgeons I had no idea what they were talking about). He answered all of my questions and ensured that I was very well informed. He has also shown on many occasions that he knows me as an individual patient, having banter and a joke, whereas other surgeons I felt as though I was just a number.

The girls behind the scenes (especially Tassia, India and Vee) have truly gone above and beyond from the moment I booked my initial consultation up until now, Day 5 in recovery. This includes the high level of professionalism and service that I received in all of my consultations, the frequent check-ins prior to surgery (I was very nervous, so this was done to keep me relaxed and reassured), the thorough observations and checks during my admission on surgery day, the incredibly attentive and calming care given to me in my immediate recovery after surgery, the detailed checks and helpful advice and information provided in all of my follow-up appointments, and messaging/phoning me each day following my operation to ensure I was comfortable and had no concerns. I really don’t think I would have got this level of service at any other practice.

As for the results, I am incredibly satisfied. I am finally happy and comfortable in my skin after years of being self conscious. Everything done is neat and natural looking, with yet a very noticeable difference. When I show people before photos, they simply cannot believe what has been achieved. My only regret is not going to see Dr Murray all of those years ago and getting it done earlier. Anybody who is considering seeing Dr Murray, please do! I promise that you will not be disappointed with the service you get and the results achieved. I now know why ACM has the incredible reputation that it does.

I have been seeing Steph for a couple of years for my built up masseta muscles from bruxing and more recently for my temples for resulting headaches. Not only does Botox to massetas slim the face, it’s also takes pressure off my teeth and helps ease headaches and tension in my face as a result. Steph suggested Botox to the temples to reduce headaches further and it has literally made them Disappear and taken tension out of my neck. I highly recommend Steph as she has years of experience, puts you at ease, and never pushes extra treatments on you.
