This agency is a disgrace. I am a high functioning autistic person and I was referred to Create Employment to help me find work. Upon my first meeting I was told that I was otherwise fine, I just needed to "learn to make more eye contact". This is as insulting as telling a person with Parkinson's to sit still. On top of that, the woman I dealt with frequently used sarcasm. These people are not qualified to assist neurodiverse individuals. I recommend seeking help elsewhere.
