Booked in and paid the deposit (which isn’t cheap). Was then told a few days later the day I wanted wasn’t available. I was unable to reschedule as I’m not from Perth and booked in hoping for a last minute booking before my birthday. Didnt get my deposit back either

How disappointing that you have to lie in response to a negative review?
After attempting to call me, I very clearly remember texting back and saying I was unable to respond as I was at work up North (where there’s little to no signal.) This was when you said the time slot I paid my deposit for was unavailable and I asked if I would receive a refund, and to that you said call you back. A text clearing it up would’ve been nice, but you just wanted to reschedule so you wouldn’t lose your money.

Really beautiful salon, hair feels amazing, am so happy with it and the girls are all so nice!

Wonderful and amazing team of lovely ladies. Jessica, Lily, Courtney and Grainne. They helped me the other week when I needed a change and are just the most delightful people and did a fantastic job. I have been back twice for a hair wash and blow dry and the energy and kindness from these women is above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Hi, I am quite disappointed with my appointment. I asked for wisp bangs and instead I received choppy fringes and different lengths in both sides. I wanted some long layers on side but didn't get that either. It seemed as if they were rushing which is a first for me considering I didn't even ask for styling for my hair. I am usually hesitant but when asked if they can try to make the fringe even on both sides and blend, I got questioned what's bothering me (in a subtle rude tone) which really made me more hesitant to ask for them to fix it. I have been to many other salons and quite frankly they were more busy yet made customers happy with the end result. Furthermore, the service was for $65 (promotional service) and I paid a deposit of 19.50 and was charged more than $45.50. I am quiet unhappy as it's my first time trying this salon in Perth and I've heard good reviews but for me it was quite disappointing and expensive. I hope the salon reaches out to me.

Really disappointed in my experience. I asked for a hair dresser with experience cutting short, wavy hair. I was assured the hair dresser had this experience. Turns out, she didn't. The cut was really poor, there was no styling of my hair. I felt the hair dresser lacked confidence in her own abilities. For the price, I expect far more than this, and if you cannot deliver the service, please say upfront rather than take people's money.

Addition: I did ring the salon several times and was told someone would return my call which never happened. As such, your comments below, again show the lack of attention to customer service. So disappointed now in not only the service, but the tone and reaction to a review. Nor would I waste my time talking with you again when you didn’t listen when I booked, nor did the hair dresser listen when I had my appointment.

Whilst on hoilday I popped in for a hair cut was welcomed by a friendly team and received excellent service. I would recommend this saloon to all my friends and family.

I ordered and paid for Davine, oi Oil, (advertised as available on their site), on the 19th October, and when it didn't arrive by 4th Nov, I contacted The Hair Society, Subiaco, and queried where it was. It wasn't in stock apparently, so I requested a refund, then received a phone call that afternoon, to say that it had just arrived and they would send it. I agreed, but tracking shows only a parcel order was created on the 4th Nov.and the parcel wasn't picked up until the 8th Nov.then it took a further 10 days to arrive. During the 10 days in transit, I don't know what conditions it was being kept in.and The Hair Society said - once it leaves them, it's not their responsibility, for where the item is! It finally arrived on the 18th Nov. 30 days after ordering and paying for item.
What is disappointing, - if they showed it was out of stock, I could have ordered this item from another company who actually had it in stock and saved a lot of time and frustration.
Going forward, I hope their inventory on their web site is kept up to date, particularly, with Christmas approaching.

I love the whole experience at this salon. Truly, all the team are warm, friendly and professional. They take time and are very attentive. The products used are high quality and eco friendly. It is such a pleasure to find a Salon where standards are consistent and there is no intrepidation just excitement at having your hair cut, coloured, restyled. I have short fine hair, and need a great cut for it to hold its shape. I love the style, cut and colour Sarah created for me.

Had a lovely experience with Helena. She was extremely professional, quick and friendly. Salon was also very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I am definitely making this my local hair place

I just love this salon and the ladies that work there! Everyone is so friendly and i'm always made to feel welcome and comfortable. Sarah is an awesome hairdresser and always embraces every request I have, giving me honest advice on what will and won't look good. I have short hair and am always wanting to try something new which Sarah takes on. Lovely place with lovely staff.you just know when you've found the perfect salon)

From colour to pixie I have never been led astray.
I, like most people, have a horror story under their belt from salon but this is my holy grail.
From, other stylists welcoming you, to the ladies who assist you, you never feel like a burden or out of place. You are free to express yourself and your creative side with gal's who encourage you to express it with your style. Could not recommend a more deserving salon. 5/5

Sarah was absolutely exceptional! It's been over a year since I treated myself to a haircut and wash due to the pandemic, and as a long haired gal who wanted to try something new and go shorter for a change, I was a little nervous coming in but Sarah was such an amazing support the entire time. She listened to my needs but also suggested what would fit my hair type and face shape better and I left the salon feeling fresh and rejuvenated. Speaks a lot since I am writing this review right after my appointment today! Definitely going to be back for sure! Thank you Sarah and the rest of the team xxx

Just got my hair cut and everything was lovely. Really happy with the cut, the staff are friendly, the music is good and they give you pretzels. 10/10 hairdresser experience, will be coming back for my next cut
