An excellent service from ABA structures. I rang and sent few emails to firms to get a draft boundary wall certified for council approval. By chance, I got in touch with Dr Amir Bahrami and he replied swiftly. Sent him the draft plan and agreed to meet on site for inspection. After the site inspection, he got back to me the same day with the redrawn certified plan for the very strict Gosnells council. Submitted plans to council and it was approved. I was very satisfied with the price and the fact that he visited site as well which other companies refused to do or charge extra fees. I would definitely recommend.

After finding errors and inconsistencies in the work of a very well-known Perth engineering firm and being given no good explanation as to why, for example, a 180UB magically changed in drawings issued AFTER we'd built to be a 250UB I completely lost confidence in them. After literally days of back and forth with them and hearing them try to blame it on me - a lame attempt at a handball - it became clear that I would have to seek a third opinion (their first two were different, after all).
After leaving messages with a couple of other firms I rang Amir from ABA at 4pm on a Friday to explain my concerns. Without even discussing costs or demanding I first fill in a multi-page "don't blame us" document as the other firm he asked for plans and drawings, then rang me two hours later and was able to answer all my questions. I told him to send me a bill and paid it as soon as I got it. Thrilled with the service, and what a pleasure to deal direct with someone who clearly knows what he's talking about.

We needed an engineering report for a gas mitigation system for a building permit. Amir was prompt, provided extensive documentation and charged a very reasonable rate, plus he was easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

I require a engineering report on my existing dividing fence for the Building Commission and found Amir Bahrami (ABA Structures) to be very proficient in providing a comprehensive and detailed report following a site inspection and review all the notes and documents.
