Fantastic customer service and work on removing our asbestos fences, and in love with the new fences! We had 4 neighbours to manage and AARCO handled the whole situation smoothly and patiently with us.

Dave and his team removed the asbestos ceiling in our house in Wembley Downs in March 2020. It was an absolutely perfect service right from the beginning to the completion - I can't be any happier. Dave is knowledgeable, polite and punctual. He took time to answer all my questions and address all my concerns and he went above and beyond to schedule our job earlier, as we had tight dead lines. The quote was very reasonable too. The guys arrived on time, did a great job and left the site spotless! To be honest they left it much cleaner than it was when they arrived:) Dave called me once the job was completed, explained everything that was done and gave some further recommendations. I only wish all contractors are working like Dave - the world would be a better place. Definitely can recommend!

David managed to fit us in during the very busy pre-Christmas rush as we had a tight timeframe to work around with decision to remove asbestos fence and replace with colourbond last minute! Dave and his team did a brilliant job. After a site visit, Dave provided clear written instructions as to how he would undertake the work. The instructions were followed to the letter. Very safe. Very clean. Very responsive to questions and flexible with scheduling, which is excellent for an owner builder. Dave actually came twice, once to fit in with a minor and temporary removal task and the second time to do the complete removal. That service was over and above expectations. On the day of the complete removal it was raining cats and dogs. Dave's team powered on regardless. Despite the weather, everything was swept and cleaned and the next day, there was almost no sign that the work had been done. The price quoted was similar to all the other quotes I obtained. The value of service was exceptional. When I mentioned that I was using AARCO to my other contractors they all complimented me on my choice of asbestos contractor. Highly recommended.

Spoke with David on the phone today about a property I am looking to buy.very knowledgeable, helpful, willing to give tips away over the phone for nothing. Good dude.spoke about coming out and walking through the property with me, to point out danger areas, potentially take samples for confirmation.very reasonable prices, and good things to know if there are high costs involved in disposing of asbestos materials (e.g. In some vinyl floors, wet areas, fire places, eaves, garage etc.).

Thanks to Dave and his team for their work removing the asbestos from our shed and re-cladding it from top to bottom in colorbond. It required some modifications like moving a door and adding a window and a lean to on one side, so not a straight forward exercise. Dave not only listened to what I wanted but also provided valuable advice. Dave did a great job, provided great service and is a great guy to top it all off.

We contacted AARCO to get our shed's asbestos roof removed and replaced back in May 2018. The response and communication was nothing short of prompt and excellent - and I can say that because I contacted 5-7 different asbestos removal companies in Perth and I never even heard back from at least 4 of them.

Our shed roof was what I'd call "annoying" - on top of the shed roof there was another roof - patio roof with barely any clearance/gap between the 2, which meant that there was barely any space to work at ease. When Dave started the job I was at home watching the work being carried out, and the caution and professionalism he displayed was astounding. I watched how he slowly and cautiously managed to get the asbestos roof off (despite the challenging layout), and it set me at ease. This is a guy who knows what he's doing:) The replacement roof was also done with the same degree of attention and care - I was very happy that I decided to go with AARCO.
