Less than 24 hours after being done it was falling out l went back wait 5 minutes and fixed within 15 minutes. Absolutely best service ever work every cent.

Would not recommend. Huge waste of money in my opinion. They Refused to refund after their 2nd bad attempt at fixing their poor dread install, paying both times Wouldn't return for a third time, their weft is also bad quality and lasted two washes before shedding badly. Doubt it is human hair alot of damage to hair unfortunately

This is my first visit ever. I can honestly say this Beautiful woman has given me the time and day to sit in her salon and provide me the best service of what I wanted. Exactly how I planned was what I got. Grace is just absolutely amazing. Prior to my visit. I called her and she provided me with excellent phone service and greeted me to come in straight away. Thank you for spending hours on me. I feel like a new woman. Also who, d have known I was going to watch a movie whilst you do my hair. It has been a pleasure sitting with you while you take every second of the day. I really appreciate you, your work and I can't believe how awesome you actually are as a person. I have never met someone who takes so much pride & passion in they're work,

Long time coming, but have a bit of time on my hands, about a year ago saw Grace, nice lady, but couldn't deliver what she promised, I have curly hair and wanted my dreads fixed, promised she could and if it didn't work shed quite her job, because my hair is type 3 curls I was worried she couldn't deliver because all her before and after photos of dreads had no examples of type 3 curls. At this point it would be my last attempt as many had promised they could dread my hair up until that point and the state of my dreads were abysmal due to promises not being delivered. I'd had 'dreads' at that point for about a year, it was a maintenance session, cost me $250. Her dreading was loose and not tight enough for my hair, did everything she asked of me afterwards, and all her "work' came undone. It was money and time down the drain, when I called and spoke to her about it was met with excuses, after that I gave up and cut them off, Grace was the last straw for me and dreads, which is a pity as I love dreads and had dreads when I was 17, did them myself, dreaded really well had them for 9 years, my experience with ppl doing dreads in Perth is this, overpriced and unreliable. Thanks for nothing Grace.

I've visited Grace's a couple of times now and won't be going anywhere else! After getting tape in extensions at other places -which totally wrecked my hair - Grace convinced me to get a weave and it's amazing. Great price too. Couldn't recommend enough!

I am so so happy with my new box braids plus extensions. Grace is professional and passionate about her work. Her salon atmosphere is comfortable and joyful and I loved how excited she was about helping me choose colours for my extensions! 10 out of 10 I fully recommend. She gets too busy in the afternoon for walk-in appointments, so book for mornings:)

SALE: Guaranteed that the wig was a 100% human hair wig.
ACTUAL: FAKE HAIR at 100% human hair wig price.
RESULT: Went back and was yelled at, abused and told to get out.

This place is a joke. Her hours are inconsistent, she is rarely in the shop, I scheduled an appointment, paid for parking, sat and waited an hour and she never showed up. When I went back, she wanted to charge me more than the agreed upon price.

I don’t recommend.

Grace has done a fabulous job! I went from having almost no hair from continiously colouring my hair, it was so fried grace has graced me with a brand new set of real hair! Hands down the best place! No more waisting money on hair dye.

I got extensions and grace made them choppy and looked like a 5 year old did it. I commented that it was choppy and she literally just grabbed my money from me and STORMED off without talking to me. As a paying customer, I was absolutely appalled by the rudeness. If she wasn't so rude I probably wouldn't be making this review. The purpose of a business is to make customers happy, and I most certainly am not happy.
Perhaps grace was having a bad day, but I will never go back and strongly discourage anyone from going here (unless you want ugly hair and to be treated terribly).

Grace is fantastic! She has developed her own technique for sowing in weaves. Her technique is particularly great for people with thin hair like myself. I am so happy with my extensions and how they are sitting. The tracks are completely hidden and the curl of the extensions matches my hair perfectly.
Grace is a wonderful lady and has provided me with amazing results and service. She is the best I have come across so far for weave application for thin hair.
