Luiz and Leo were absolutely fantastic. They were so meticulous with the way they packed and delivered our belongings. They were also very careful no ensure nothing was scratched as they took our furniture in/out of the house.

The removalists were nice and did an efficient job. They did, however, significantly damage a couple of door frames in my new home. As I took out insurance with A2B, the removalists mentioned someone from main office would be in touch to fix the damage. After a while of not hearing back, I followed up with main office. I keep getting bounced around different people and getting no answer from them. I am still waiting for any answer from them. Happy to change my review if this gets addressed, but I somehow doubt it will.

Chris and Dean assisted with my delivery to Baldivis 01 Jun 23.

The company confirmed delivery the day before; and called the morning of with a time of arrival, the truck arrived on time.

Both Chris and Dean were polite, well presented and communicated clearly and efficiently.

The delivery took about 5 hours. Throughout which, they delivered with care and precision, taking care of both my belongings and my property.

As part of my removal Chris and Dean assisted unpacking my fragile items and had excellent attention to detail.

They were a safe, tidy and efficient team who I would use again.

A2B were great for the most part. We found them through Muval and they gave the most reasonable quote. The guys who picked up our stuff were professional and friendly, and had everything on the truck and packed in 90 mins.
It was the same at the other end, the guys doing the moving were great and really polite, friendly and careful with our items.
Logistically, everything was spot on. But we did have some confusion around when extra costs would be incurred. We booked this company under the impression that we'd receive four weeks free storage from the date of delivery, but what wasn't made clear is that this four weeks free storage was from the date of pickup. I'm not sure how items being in transit counts as storage but it did mean we incurred an extra four days storage cost.
That wasn't an issue, but we'd advised A2B of our arrival date a good three weeks in advance but only received notice of the extra costs on the Thursday and were told they were due on the following Monday. Four days notice – especially over a weekend – isn't really enough to organise an unanticipated payment with everything else that comes with an interstate move. I managed to organise payment on the Friday, but then received two phone calls, a voicemail and an email in the space of half an hour on the Monday asking where the payment was (even though I'd already sent it), which wasn't the most pleasant experience.
One of our items was also irreparably damaged in transit and though I noted it on the report at the end, so far I've had nobody check in on that.

They damaged my furniture and only paid me compensation because I hounded them for 2 weeks and threatened bad reviews online.

I give the 3 stars because it is their removalists in Melbourne that did such a bad job. The removalists in Perth were great and looked honestly shocked at the conditions some of my items were packed in. This service was followed up by some more bad service by their general manager and then some more good service by their accounts person.

When I requested compensation for the damage they were quick to tell me that I would have to go through my insurance. This is regardless of the fact that it was damaged due to them not wrapping it in heavy blankets as was promised. After 2 weeks of almost no communication from them I had had enough and sent them one final email warning that I would trawl the internet searching for opportunities to give them as many bad reviews as possible. It was only then that they took my damage claim seriously.

They did eventually pay for the damages but if I had let up at any stage they would have been only too happy to ignore me and the damage they caused.

Yep Moved from Melbourne to Perth in Feb '22 when the borders came down but the rail track was still being repaired. Given the circumstances the service was great, and the storage I needed to rent too was very useful and we'll priced. Can recommend!

I had an excellent experience with A2B. I received a quote for them through muval. I only had a few boxes to move interstate. The cost was reasonable and the movers in SA and WA were friendly, professional and took care of my items. The communication from A2B prior to pick and delivery was excellent. I‘d definitely use them again.

Great storage facility. We are quite secure in the knowledge that our household goods are safe. Loads of space, both big and small units. Good service, the guys are very helpful.

Found dealing with them to be friendly. My move went smoothly both loading and unloading with minimal damage. When it came to having one item dealt with as it was damaged, it took 3 phone calls and an email to get a response. Was told to get a quote. It was disappointing because all they had to do was glue and reacted a leg on a chest. The owner called and advised he was arranging a handyman to come out the next day to have it repaired. Handy did come but not at the time I was advised he would. I would of given 5 stars but the lack of response disappointed me.
