Fantastic experience with A1. Called at 9am in the Christmas/New years break. Attended by 1pm, which was the time I was told. Fixed ignition barrel within 15 minutes. Service like that is a rarity these days. Thanks so much.

I highly recommend this place, it has top notch staff members they are very professional and polite. I had a guy name Jackson looking after my key issues, he identifies problems and resolves them with ease. I went to their store and within an hour i had brand new keys with everything key related to the car all fixed with a cost of around $200. Great speedy service, cheers legend.

Very helpful, genuine and friendly service. Jason provided phone support when locked out of my apartment. Talked me through what the problem might be and how to fix it, rather than charging to come out and fix what was quite simple. Thank you!

Was patched through to A1 by RAC, after locking myself out. $330 for a lesson learned but big thanks to A1 for being so quick to attend (less than 30mins) and for promptly letting me back in.
Communication was great too - letting me know who to expect, and how far away they were. Thanks A1 Team!

Call out to fix my rental entrance lock. Was good, got it fix the same day.
But when asking for the payment receipt. The person who is dealing with invoices, payments seems to do not care about sending out the receipt. I have to called three times before they sent it to me. Very unprofessional.

Needed a new key cut for our landcruiser and after seeing a banner hanging at the local wanneroo rugby club.
We called up and we received great advice and quick service at a great price.
Will be recommending to family and friends.

I dealt with Tayla from the Morley and I couldn’t praise her enough. A1 were happy for me to source the replacement lock for my Colorado along with the replacement handle. They then fitted it for me and coded it to my old key. Thanks very much for a easy experience.

Cut and coded a new Prado key for us today, very quick and remote works as the original. Thoroughly recommend, oh and btw they were the cheapest and we were referred to them by the Toyota dealership as Toyota new theirs were ridiculously expensive.

Tyler was very helpful behind the counter, I lost my other set while swimming on the beach and he was able to duplicate my spare set and remote at a good price. Not only that but now I've got a nice modern key set for a 2004 car. Absolutely brilliant and only took half an hour. Would recommend

Morley A1 could not recommend to my worst enemy. Had a Mitsubishi Outlander 2005 model key replaced used it once and once only. The central locking stopped working after first use, we had cut key as a back up to original and only needed to use again once we lost original approx year later. When returning the product the gentleman would not return as it was 4 weeks past it's warranty, this was denied despite being told by service rep a bad patch of keys had been circulated from their stock. They don't stand behind their product and want to warn future customers of their lack of customer service and satisfaction. Please look elsewhere in the area for your locksmith requirements like Horizon Locksmith mobile locksmith Morley, exceptional service at affordable prices. We were once loyal customers of A1 have not and will spend a dollar more with A1 Morley.

Absolutely disgraceful! We waited 5 and a half hours for them to fix something that THEY broke in the first place. There are many other things that happened too but all I’m saying is that how bad they are!

If you are needing to get new sets of car keys. Dont bother going here. Even through RAC roadside assistance. I had to chase up and got messed around. Got the codes myself and got Krazy Keys out. Not only did they come out within the hour (instead of days) but they were cheaper (350 for 2 sets instead of 400 for 1 set), friendlier on the phone and we got 2 sets of keys instead of 1!

Very quick and awesome service. Very friendly and professional staff. Definitely recommend this company for any lock out services!

Shaun came to my rescue this afternoon and got a new key cut for my chrysler and sorted out the alarm. It was fast and efficient, amazing to see what they could do in such little time. Highly recommend the team at A1 Locksmiths.

Excellent customer service.
I was locked out of my business and they sent a locksmith straight away to fix the problem and didn't charge me even though he had to travel from Morley to Cottesloe. Then I got them back to take a look at a faulty lock on our door. They could have told me it was broken and charge me to replace it but instead they serviced the lock and now its a good as new. They offer an honest, ethical and exemplary service.

Locked out of my cruiser with a flat battery, called A1, organised a locksmith to attend. It took him longer to drive from my gate to the shed than it did to gain access to the car. Excellent service from first phone call to site attendance.

I went to see them after going to another locksmith who said he couldn't fix the ignition barrel. The young guy was amazing he fixed it straight away and in doing so saved me over $500

A1 Locksmiths is the best. I’ve made keys, remotes and even changed the battery. A1 service was spot on for all of these products. I will definitely recommend A1 Locksmiths to another customer. Thank you A1 for their excellent job

Contacted A1 for an emergency ignition failure on my BA falcon.company quoted me $480 for the job which i declined due to excessive over pricing, on investigation i narrowed the issue down to the ignition switch (midday 42c fun times) and fixed the issue myself temporarily.again contacted A1 to see about purchasing the rebuild kit once i had the car mobile again since i was more than capable of doing the install/repair myself, A1 refused to sell the kit and only offered to install it themselves.i ended up contacting an eastern states company to sell the kit for $299, if you are a falcon owner with an ignition issue, just know that while A1 may be recommended, they are not good value and are not a company i would use even in an emergency.
