I can’t recommend Knapp enough. I am so happy with the result of my script and glasses. The whole team helped me so much. I have a very particular prescription and the optometrist was so patient with me and did everything to get it right. I am so impressed with the result. I don’t think I’ve been able to see this clearly for years. My glasses are crystal clear and my new frames are really cool too. The team all chipped in to help me choose frames that suited my face and my particular prescription and were really meticulous and helpful with getting the right glasses for me. They looked after me so much. I really recommend Knapp. They came to me through another recommendation from another customer. I’ll be a customer for life. Being able to see clearly and being understood when you have difficulties during an eye test and struggle to find the right frames and lenses to suit is something all optometrists should aim for but they don’t always. Knapp does. Thank you.

Jen is a great optometrist who informed me about the condition of my eyes and how to best move forward. Her knowledge and caring manner are very refreshing.
Amanda very helpful as always, that’s why I followed her once she left her previous employer. Jo was very pleasant and both ladies are gifted with great interpersonal and sales skills.

I came in this afternoon with one pair of broken frames and one pair needing a screw the two ladies were able to fix them. Great customer service and chat really brighten my day! Thank you

There is nowhere else in Perth that you will receive the care, knowledge & advise that you will here. Absolutely delighted with the customer experience I just had.

Everyone at Knapp Optometrists were fantastic. I wanted a new pair of sunglasses but didn’t really know what I wanted from their large range. Jo was great in helping me find 2 pairs of sunnies that I wouldn’t have thought about choosing and they fit and suit me perfectly. I also had my eyes tested by Sarah who was very professional and talked me through everything I needed to know. All in all a great experience and I’ll definitely be going back next time I need an eye test or new pair of sunglasses!
