With the car loaded and ready to head to Rotto- I realised my bike carrier was missing a part that I’d left on the towball at trade in.

This meant no bikes for Rotto.

I raced to 99Bikes.

I met with Adrian and he went into action for me. He found the part - retrieved it from another pack- then took the time to fit the new part on my new car/towball.

He was so calm, and so willing to help in anyway he could.
This kind of service is amazing!

Went during the week and received poor service and really bad advice from the younger sales consultant… not sure of his name but his advice and knowledge on many things was very poor. I’ve been to several other 99 Bikes outlets and they are all 100% better than Osborne Park

Went yesterday to buy a few things for a second-hand bike I just bought. The guy (sorry I forgot his name!) was super professional, friendly and went above and beyond. He fixed some of my issues on my bike. Def recommend their services.

Imran sorted me out with a Team Machine 7. Made sure I was happy with my decision and made sure I had seen the alternatives. We came back a couple of weeks later to buy an electric bike for my girlfriend, and again he was thorough in making sure he presented us will all options so that we could choose the best option which ended up being the 2023 velectrix.

I bought my new bike from here 2 weeks ago. Despite me having to get it ordered in, calling them constantly and asking if it was ready, and then finally picking it up about 38 seconds before they closed on a saturday arvo, the staff were always patient, friendly, and happy to help. There was a small technical issue with the bike so I brought it back in to get it rectified and they fixed it on the spot, quickly, and free of charge. They have also been happy to answer any questions I have and invited me to call if I have further queries. The bike is an absolute dream come true and the staff have been top notch.

Put my bmx in for chain to be replaced and rim be centre in the frame everything was finger tight
New style of master link in the chain is useless as it fell apart back wheel wasn't even tight now can't even find the other half of the masterlink to put the chain back together when I asked for everything to be super tight

I paid for a service and it was done poorly should have done it my self not impressed not bringing my bmx back again

The staff here are amazing and the prices are great. They are really helpful and want to make sure you get the right bike or parts.

I was looking for an electric bike to ride to work. Imran helped me and he was terrific. He explained things to make it easy to understand, found a bike to suit my needs. Had a good experience looking at apparel and accessories for my new Mountain Bike. Peter took extra time to explain the differences between the different levels of helmets and protective gear, and although there wasn't an abundance of female clothing available instore he helped out with looking what would be ideal from the Online Store and saving a significant amount of money with the membership options. 99 Bikes also has a very good range and often the most competitive prices.

I came into today looking to get a new set of road wheels for my old faithful MTB. I wasn’t sure where to start or what would be compatible but James took all the guess work of it. He showed me all the parts I would need and assembled everything on the spot for me (rims, tyres, rotors and cassette). I was riding within the hour! Great service.

Bought a $4k+ ebike for my partner and the gears were not indexed properly. Staff were really not helpful once the bike was purchased.

I was trying to get some help modifying the bike to make it more comfortable for my partner and made multiple trips to and from the store due to miscommunications. I was even sent an invoice for work on the bike and when I went in nothing has been done.

I had my old mountain bike serviced at 99 bikes osborne park recently and the service was excellent. Took in the day before, did a quick assessment pr the bike, recommended a service level down and a few tweeks. Picked up the next day and the bike is like new again. The maintenance guys definitely get a 10/10 from me. Rare but brilliant customer seevice.
