99 Bikes Morley

Poor experience for the second time, wasn’t acknowledged on entry, had to try and get staff members attention on both occasions even though the shop was empty aside from me, had all intentions on purchasing products, but won’t be returning.

I had a pedal which I could not undo, they managed remove it using the right specialist tools and then greased and replaced both pedals free of charge!

I had a disappointing experience with this shop.

I purchased an e-bike last week and they said they’d get it for me from another shop. Each time I phoned to check whether it was ready, I was told it would be the next day. I phoned the Joondalup shop and found they had already sent it, but Morley said that it was still coming. Next thing I hear is that the bike has to be built. I phoned today, as they said I could pick it up today and was told that they did not have anyone available to build it. But 10 minutes later, they say, oh, it’s been assembled. Cassie was quite rude to me on the phone, saying they would contact me when it was ready and implying I should not phone. Well if I didn’t, I would never have received the bike this week.

Picked it up and found that the seat post kept slipping dangerously as it had been greased. There is white mark on the paintwork of the handle of the bike.

I don’t know what further issues there will be with this bike.

I will not ever shop at 99 bikes Morley again. They seem to have rave reviews, but I won’t be surprised if these are fake.

Have brought a Pedal Lightning ST and thought that the Handle Bars were a bit low so went for two 1 hour riders to see how it went and decided to go back and brought a Stem to raise the Handle Bars and it was a lot better with seat adjustment as well which Tobi did the placement and adjustment for me.

Had an all-round great experience here. Cassie assisted me when I came in to purchase an e-bike and was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. At pick up everything on the bike was throroughly checked and Cassie assisted me with choosing accessories that I wanted, which she fitted to the bike on the spot. Nothing was too much trouble and it made my shopping experience very easy and pleasant. Highly recommend 99 bikes and would like to give a big thank you to Cassie for her time and patience, especially as I had heaps of questions.

Excellent customer service! Cassandra is a legend, she really made some good suggestions about seat height etc, as one genuinely cares. We went to the Morley 99 bikes branch. We were assisted by Cassie, the branch manager. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and there was a great range to pick from. After telling her how and when I plan to use the bike, Cassie was able to recommend a bike type and model and talked me through the various features as well as how to best care for the bike. Excellent experience!

Really big thank you to the team at 99 Bikes Morley, in particular Cassie and Stefano. I called up to see if I needed an appointment to have a new bar tape popped on to a second hand bike I had just bought. They had no issue squeezing me in to what I am sure was a fully booked day (as I had rung other 99 stores who said there was no chance and to book an appointment in Feb). Cassie actually helped me pick out new pedals, phone lock and was genuinely happy to help. Advocate of this particular store 110%.

Great experience. Bought a Norco bike, which is great. Very helpful staff member, Cassie, was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable but more importantly listened to what we were looking for and helped us choose wisely. Would def recommend Cassie at 99 Bikes Morley.
