After unsatifactory service at another big cycle shop, I rang and was given excellent, friendly, supportive advice. On going to the shop I was shown how to fix my problem quickly, easily and for free! Thank you 99 Bikes O'Connor.

Had a great initial experience at the store with very helpful and knowledgeable Dylan when purchasing our eBike.
Unfortunately we were given the wrong instruction manual and when we rang the store back after getting home were told we would have to drive 30 minutes back to the store to pick up the correct one.
Told it couldn't be sent to us in the mail as 'we don't use post'.
Not an auspicious start to our after sales service experience!

The best bike shop I have ever been to! The best service ever, they were so lovely and patient and seemed like they genuinely wanted us there! They helped us find the perfect bike and the prices were so good compared to bike shops like trek and giant! To join the club it is only five dollars once and you get everything for so much less! JUST AMAZING!

Adrian is the best! You are in luck if he's serving you at the O'Connor store. He took care and ownership from the start of my bike order, from letting me know my bike had shipment issues (covid) to ultimately delivering the bike I ordered.

Adrian made me feel 99bikes cared about people rather than focusing on making a sale. We just had a 3 week old newborn at the time, and only had one car at home. So I needed a bike to commute to and from work. Adrian had provided me with a generous option to loan a demo bike in the meantime until the bike I ordered arrived. I was so appreciative of this, because my wife is then able to have the car at home to care for our daughter and bring her to appointments if required.

He also spent the time answering MANY of my questions patiently and gave me so much advice via email on useful accessories such as locks, bike shorts, pedals, lights, helmets, pump and bottle holder. On top of that, since my house was on his way home, he delivered the loan bike and accessories straight to my door or letterbox if I am not home!

Once my boxed bike had arrived, due to my circumstance with the delay and newborn. As a once off, he assembled my boxed bike for me when it normally requires me to assemble it myself. Another incredible gesture and customer service from 99bikes.

After the sale, my electric bike had a loose battery. Adrian was there the next day to replace the battery for me with a new one. He also gave me a peace of mind telling me about 99bikes perfect ride guarantee, so if there were any issues or didn't like it I could swap my bike for another if it suited me better.

If you ever in need of a bike, 99bikes is the way to go!

Dropped in unexpectedly to get advice on seat adjustment for my 2018 Giant Anthem. Sorted me out there and then. Very friendly and expert service! My family and I use 99bikes O’Connor regularly as we have a “fleet” of bikes in the family. From bikes for my 3,5,7 YO grandkids to my son who is a competitive cyclist to my commuter road bike and toy bike the Anthem. I highly recommend 99bikes O’Connor!

Terrible service and knowledge, went in with two flat tyres, left over $300 down with bunch of new parts that made bike worse than when it came in, chain kept skipping and was un ridable, all they said was "that's weird". So they broke my bike and charged me for it.had to take it to another bike shop to make it ride. Also was kept overnight and promised ready by 11am. I wasn't out till 3pm. DONT GET BIKE SERVICE HERE!

First time buying from 99 Bikes, and couldn't be happier excellent service. Philip was very helpful and informative, as I was buying for my daughters birthday and she wasn't with me, wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again

Managed to drop in early Friday morning 18-9-20 walked into store to be pretty rudely told to leave, they weren’t open. It was less than 20 minutes to 9: 00am (I figured they open at 8: 00am as other people went in). In these times when customer service is crucial that was bad form. I won’t be spending any money in this store again.
